But neighbor next-door had a AIM Window cleaners performing their window cleaning services the other day and I was taken back watching these two guys efficiently, going through the process of cleaning each window and each window screen. These guys even went up on the roof and cleaned the home's solar panels! Wow! Anyway, since I'm only here a few months out of the year the house gets slightly neglected and window cleaning is never on my list of things to do. So you know I had to wander over to my neighbors house and get this company's contact information. Angel Garcia the companies proprietor, happened to be one of the individuals performing the service and he quickly greeted me with a big smile. To say that this guy is not a natural businessman is an understatement. He was happy to answer all my questions and told me that as soon as he was done with my neighbors place, he was swing by and count the number of windows that my property had and give me an estimate. I was actually surprised with how affordable this service was, and with a handshake I agreed to get the work done. But it was pretty late in the day, so Angel told me that he will return the following day to perform the service. And as promised Angel and his associate arrived on time the next morning and quickly got to work. As they did with my neighbor, they efficiently went through the process of removing the window screens and setting up their equipment. One guy got to cleaning the screens, and the other got on cleaning the windows with some special contraption. It was pretty cool to watch but I left them alone so that they could do what they had to do. After they were done, Angel knocked on my door and asked me to take a walk with him around the perimeter of the house to see how the work came out. And I have to say they did an amazing job! I was really happy with the results. I don't normally use Home Service Providers because I'm a pretty handy person but sometimes you just have to hire professionals to do what they do. And these guys are professionals! So it is my pleasure to highly recommend AIM Window Cleaners to all that need their home's windows cleaned professionally. Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.

They answer the phone at any time of the day, appear on time to meet on the job, will accept pretty much Any job regardless of their abilities or manpower to get the first installment .... Then disappear for a good while and if you are lucky to find them after many calls and texts they take 45 minutes to overshare what's been happening in their personal life and gaslight you as if you are the crazy person for calling them too many times for an unfinished job!! I hired them for a deck repair in Fort Pierce. The only red flag I overlooked was that when I was talking to Randy, within less than a minute his wife Danny started talking fast like a person on crack without introducing herself. First, it appeared that she just came into the room and was talking to her husband, but after a while I realized she was talking to me! Randy became quite silent and passive in the meanwhile, not even saying another word. In that conversation, she brought up spectacular ideas like using composite material and treating the adjacent wood. She said she will help Randy for the first few days. Only at the end of the conversation, I knew who she was because I asked her name and her relation to the business!! So, only the demo took place, they failed to mark the area with appropriate Hazard cones or marks. They created a big falling hazard for anyone who goes there. Guess what happened after a few days of them rejecting my calls?? She writes me a two-page text explaining that she is a mom, and has a full-time day job as a paralegal and can't be responsive to me at all times. This is after I have called and texted Randy her husband with no luck. I called them each once a day at the end of the day to get pictures and updates of the job that has been done. The neighbor provided me with the pictures, not them. That's how I realized only the demo has been done. The reason so far they said for not moving the job forward: Their daughter's football tournament, running out of gas and waiting for roadside assistance for 3 hours, not having a wheelbarrow. Then they told me because my gutters were clogged and it rained, the area does not get dried. They suggested using extra material (gravel and paper plastic) to lay down to increase the longevity of the deck. Danny said she already priced the material and it would be 375. I agreed to pay directly to the store. He calls me from the store, the material is $612.64. Also paid $141 extra for the gravel and transport. When I ask him why the prices almost doubled, he says he didn't know, he may have picked similar material. She's not responsive to any calls while the gravel is getting delivered and the driver calls me where to deliver it. It was a nightmare for me but I agreed to pay to move forward and finish up the job. Guess what was the next trick? After 11 days of demo and being aware of the infrastructure and any extra job that may be involved, they decided to increase the quote on me and demand $1500 more in addition to the first installment and the material I bought. This happens when even 10% of the job is not even done based on the second opinion I got. This is for the unforeseen job while most of the days they were not showing up, showed up and talked over the phone with loud voice for 2 hours took pictures and left, showed up after 5:00 p.m. twice and worked till 11, leaving neighbors and tenants worried and disturbing their peace due to loud saw noises. They also left a mess and didn't clean after eating or drinking. I emailed them to send me all the receipts of everything they bought including the composite planks, the exact labor hours, and to refund me the rest of my money to have it to someone else to fix it. This happened on week 3 on the job, and the next thing I know is that they have removed the material from the property as ransom. And did I tell you they trespassed our neighbor's vacant land, parked a trailer on it with the wheelbarrow and some wood and concrete material? And don't get carried away by the good reviews. One person is from Fort Lauderdale, 2 from Jensen Beach (probably the same person). They may all be their friends. Be extremely careful with these people with your money, make sure you don't give them a big job that won't be done in one shot. The moment you pay them, you are at their mercy. If they happen to know you are going out of state or traveling as was my case, it will be even worse.
