The OOM group has been cleaning my house almost a year now. The crew that comes to my house is great. They don't mind my dog not being in a crate when they walk in the door to clean. They are trustworthy...I can't always be home when they are here, so I have given them access to the house, just in case. They do a great job, they supply all cleaners, vacuums, brooms, etc. The girls come in a group of 3 or 4 and are in and out. I'm not waiting hours for 1 person to clean my entire house. Charge double what many other services charge and the time. Was advised they would charge me extra if the house was dirty and they needed to spend extra time. They charged over $200 and finished in an hour and a half. more than $100 an hour.How come I don't get credit back?? Very greedy Plenty of more reputable services out there. read more

I tried One Organized Mom because my usual cleaning lady was booked and I forgot to get on the schedule with her. One Organized Mom charged more than double what my normal cleaning lady charges for less time spent and an unfinished job. They also said if anything was left out on the counter or anywhere, they would not move it. They would instead only clean around it. To have every single thing picked up and put away before they arrive isn't very realistic for me with 4 kids running around. My usual cleaning lady will pick things up into organized piles, or put away what she can, if things were left out and still clean the whole home. On top of that, One Organized Mom never even cleaned the floors. There was spilled cleaning solution left in a puddle on the floor of the bathroom after they cleaned the bathroom and the bath mats were left crumpled up in a pile. They did not even go into any of my kids rooms because things weren't picked up enough for them. I've never left a review on here before but I couldn't believe I spent $300 for someone to basically just clean my kitchen when I do that part everyday anyway. read more

My mom passed away over a year ago and I really let my house go (she was the cleaner of the house) and I've been putting off hiring someone because I was embarrassed of how dusty the place was. I saw her service truck and was in the market for a new cleaning service, initially they did a good job. then things went down hill quickly. where there are weak is vacuuming, the carpet in the kitchen was filthy, counters were gritty and bathroom floors were covered in hair. cleaning around the bathroom sinks and hardware must not be a part of their contract. all sinks hardware had a scum that I could not explain. obviously I'm through with the service. ironically I was prepared to give them one more chance. i both texted heather and called but she did not call me back. i assumed our relationship was over, however that very weekend she sent out a notice thar she would be here. I simply replied to the email scheduling with a No, we won't our continur our business relationship. she did state she had special customers she was alway prompt and took extra good care of. obviously she has a graded scale of customers who some get great service and others well below par. read more

I waited several weeks to write this review. My reviews are fair. Check them out! Feel free to contact me. I have photos! If we offered the same subpar services to our clients (esp without reparation) we wouldn't be in business for long. We hired this company for a "Deep Clean." The owner met with me and we spoke at length about what "deep clean" is versus "regular clean." I hired them, on the spot! Judging from the services we received, a deep cleaning excludes: * all the knobs on the stove (grease!) * under & around the small toaster oven (crumbs for the wee ones) * an entire bedroom of furniture (the cat is not that furry! undusted) * baseboards in two bathrooms (uncleaned) * top kitchen cabinet doors (the girls are only allowed two steps) * floors under all couches in the front family room (hairball pillow, anyone?) * all the blinds in master bathroom (at first I thought it was cleaner left on teh blinds and rubbed it. Then I realized it was dust, and then I sneezed.) * streaky cabinet doors (all of them). I did ask, truly. I did ask for these to be cleaned while the girls were there. I asked them to be done and that sweet girl explained: "I did them already. We don't rub hard because it will take the paint off. " ...We live in Abacoa. The cabinets are laminate. I contacted the owner, as the web site states: "We only hire professionals who want what we want: SATISFIED CUSTOMERS! " From the owner via email: "The ladies came to clean for you on 1/17 for a total of 7.3 man hours $220. I understand that they missed a few items and I tried to send another team back on 1/18 to fix some of those mistakes, they were in your home for 1/2 an hour and we didn't charge you for that time. We do charge by the hour and I was fully upfront with you regarding our rates. I also respect the fact that the ladies missed items while in your home but again I feel that they did the best job that they could've done with all of the obstacles that they had, with you still moving in. Please understand that my ladies work very hard, we all take a great deal in pride in what we do. Please also understand that you're home needed a lot of work, I pointed out a lot of areas of concern when we met. I think that the ladies were able to accomplish a lot of detail for the 7.3 hours that we were in your home. If more work needs to be done I'm more then happy to send the ladies back to accomplish it but at the current rate. I feel that you asking for a refund of half of the work that was done is not a reasonable request. " The owner further stated she knew the girls were rushing to get back by 5 pm. I did request a refund of half because we received half a cleaning, and given the opportunity to make it right, still did not perform the services hired for. There were boxes. Five of them, in the middle of the floor. Five boxes. No baseboards were blocked, no beds were covered, no floors underneath hidden from view. The areas "missed" were open and accessible. The hook is, the crew arrived knowing time was limited! The owner sent them, knowing time was limited! It's a DEEP CLEAN, not a WIPE AND GO. This company knowingly acknowledged their mistakes but does not feel obligated to fulfill a verbal contract! (minus one futile 24 minute attempt to "correct the issues." Absolutely love them! I have been using them regularly for about 6 months and would never go back!! Super professional and very flexible! I tend to travel a lot and they are always super accommodating and let me switch days and times it feels like on a regular basis! They also do a great job cleaning and are super friendly. They treat my new puppy like he is their own and give him lots of attention. The best part is several ladies come at once and are in and out in an hour so it doesn't take all day! Customer service is top priority with this company! Heather will move mountains for her clients and she does it with the most pleasant attitude. I was trying to schedule a cleaning with a different cleaning company(stupid me) and never heard back from them. Time was running out for me to get my new house cleaned before I moved in and I was in a panic.
