He was able to get us set up with one of his technicians, Josh, who came out the next day. Communication from the top down (Phill & Josh) was excellent. Josh walked the area with me and explained what he would be doing. After confirming the issue he proceeded to seal off the area that he'd be working in and started working. After 2 days he cleaned up and I was ready to get in and put new Sheetrock up. I did find a little more while working on an area and contacted Josh who coordinated with Phill to stop by and check. He arrived the next day and not only took care of what I found but opened up a wider area and treated that was well to give me peace of mind. I recently had a small house fire. I was so in shock, didn't know what my next steps were! I was given Jasons contact information I called and he was on his way promptly. He had gotten here so fast it was crazy? He went over all the things that would happen next, timelines, etc. With this being my first time for fire damage I had NO clue what to do with insurance company, how to clean my home etc. He was so knowledgeable and guided me through everything and answered all my questions (odd or not). Shortly after we went over the process his team showed up and cleaned my house. Him and his team didn't leave til real late and he even had a funeral to attend early in the AM the next day and still took his time on getting my home manageable to be in until the job was completed in full! Jason and his team then came back over the next few days and had gotten my home back in order. I must say every day i came home i was shocked, they had it cleaner then I even left it and that made me super happy to come home to after a long day of work! Without any advance warning or communication to me, they tore down the mutual shared wall, completely opening up the interior of my vacant home to theirs.
