I , on the other hand, have not received a letter nor a phone call. My attorney has assured me the statue of limitations, on such a case , is three years-so I will be taking the opportunity to pursue my case against this company.. I will be going on Facebook and streaming a live show ,as well as , speaking at corporate seminars all over Connecticut. I will be putting the word out to all my attendees as well as my social network ,(approximately 32,000 followers and growing) ,about my experience with CT Maids. We do not have an elevator. I am disabled and obese so I understand the struggle of carrying things up these stairs, however, the company states they are flexible and therefore should work with potential customers interested in their services. I would have paid extra, or helped the employees carry up items, if it really was an issue but the owner did not give me that opportunity. They just stated "three flights is a long way to carry cleaning supplies...." Do you only clean one story homes? What about two story homes? Why is one more floor an ultimate disqualification? You are climbing two stories, what is one more? You are refusing service to a disabled individual because of something they have no control over. I have booked with another company that said my location is "not a problem!"
