Kim was excellent about getting back to me and getting me a quote as quickly as possible. The staff was easy to get in touch with in general, and they were very accommodating when it came to my schedule. Work. Not only did they come on time, they did a stellar job of cutting down my two trees, and aside from the sawdust, you'd never know they were even here. I can't recommend these guys enough. My last encounter with Toms Tree Service was when I had to pull into oncoming traffic and the grass across the street, brakes screeching, because I had to avoid their dump truck driver pulling into the street 3/4ths of the way before stopping. Apparently, be it from drugs, alcohol, ignorance, or negligence, couldn't and didn't observe a red vehicle on a clear morning doing 30mph on the main thoroughfare headed his way. Toms tree service almost took my life. Toms tree service almost left my wife and two small boys to fend for themselves. It's true. You really do see your life flash before your eyes when you think you're about to die. Toms should be investigated by the DOT and OSHA, and likely will be.
