He was much cheaper than others... but I'll say again that you get what you pay for! Had to take it back once to have a window re-done and sure enough... the 2nd time wasn't any better. Actually worse. Instead of wasting my time going back a 3rd time, I did my research based on reviews and found John and took it to him to have Vinny's tint removed and everything redone. The windows are perfect! I know that tint isn't always perfect, you can't avoid a rouge particle sometimes. But I've looked over both windows and haven't seen a single flaw, and I'm OCD. I wish I just took here the first time instead of going with a "cheaper guy". For the service and quality experience, John could easily charge more and I'd still feel like I got a deal.

I made the mistake of buying a car from Carvana (worst experience ever). When it showed up it had…read morea lot of cosmetic damage including scratches, swirls, areas where the clearcoat had been buffed through, and a ton of spots that looked like the car sat under a berry tree for a year. It was low mileage and great mechanically, so I did not want to lose the $2200 in delivery fees returning it. I took it to Toledos, had Cesar look it over and he tested a couple different methods on small spots to see what would work (without charging me). I had full confidence that he could at least make it decent looking, but I was blown away by the difference! What started as dread and regret for my purchase became a vehicle I was happy to drive around in. Of course there were a few spots that nothing could fix, but I think he got 95% or more looking like new. The before pics are at the end (would not let me change them around), but you can see if is an amazing transformation. The shop completely failed with fixing my side mirror for over a month requiring FOUR visits. They…read morefailed to fix my mirror correctly, did not replace the parts that were paid for, and damaged new parts. Unbelievable. Visit 1: Everything was paid for by my neighbor who hit my mirror with a bicycle. My car was brought in. At pick up, it was clear that the trim piece had not been replaced as discussed and paid for. When I called I was told that the technician decided on his own that it didn't look damaged so he didn't replace it.... Visit 2: Trim was replaced. However I had to adjust the mirror this time. It was revealed that the mechanics of the mirror were not fixed the first time, as it still couldn't move up or down. It can be assumed that the movement was not checked by the technician before returning the vehicle. Visit 3: The wiring was fixed. However, now at pick up my new trim piece was damaged and scratched up even more from when the bike hit my mirror! (Photos listed). There was no rag or cloth put in between my trim and the tool used to remove the mirror. Resulting in new damage!! Complete lack of care for the vehicle. Visit 4: Shop said they'd purchase me a whole new side mirror set up. This visit they finally replaced it correctly.
