What I will say is that these employees were some of the sweetest people ever. I honestly left out of the store feeling better because of their kindness and knowledge of the shipping process. I also ended up calling about two weeks later cause an item I shipped wasn't showing on my end. They were nice again on the phone and were able to ensure me that the company received my item including the date/time.
