I found the McLean Minuteman Press office via the internet. My experience from the initial phone call to the delivery of 8 sets of business cards was very positive. I was in need of a quick turnaround and some business card design services. When I explained this on my initial call, Raghu Reddy adjusted his schedule so that he could meet with me (same day!) and meet my deadline. We met and, while his office was quite busy with clients in/out, Raghu was able to juggle things so that my time was productive (reviewing options for layout and paper type/quality). I received an email the following day with his proposed cards - two different businesses/designs - and was able to make a few tweaks in-person that afternoon. First, this is quite honestly one of the worst signage places I have ever dealt with in my whole life. There system is very challenging to work with and lacks functionality - by the time you enter all the information, you could actually create the signs yourself. They charge you for a draft. It is extremely difficult to communicate with them over the phone, because the owner speaks so low that you cannot understand him. Raghu, the owner wants you to put everything in writing before he gives you any information, even the basic information. And there were many misspelled words in their email communication. read more

A six-star experience in every way. The owner, Reddy, was extremely helpful printing 300 invitations and printed envelopes for an event. Results were fantastic; costs were very reasonable; and the work was quick. As an amateur user of the design platform Canva, he helped a great deal in fine-tuning the invitation. With an Excel spread sheet of addresses, the printing of the envelopes, complete with an identical return address, was quick. At no cost I was able to add a small message on the outside of the envelopes. I found Reddy and Minuteman by reading reviews--and after calling some big-box outlets where the customer service was lackadaisical. Thank you, Reddy. You're a pro's pro. Best Customer Service and Work!! My fiancé and I came to Minuteman Press and were luck enough to work with Moyan. We are not close to the area but that never hindered the great work and fast responses. We were able to design everything we wanted for our wedding from table seating charts, save the dates, invitations and so much more all via email! This made our wedding print work one of the easiest task to complete and everything was custom made to our desire. Most of my correspondence with Moyan always started with a quick "thank you", for example... "I just really want you to know how grateful we are for all your work. It's all so nice and you do a great job getting everything done via email. Thanks a million......" This place is reliable and FAST. From business cards to invitations, they can do it all. If you bring in your own paper, they will only charge you for the printing. They say it might take them a few days, but I usually get things back in 24 hours!!! Great people, small store, and reasonable prices. Next time you want to have something printed, check with them first! I have to add, that I had to print my daughter's first birthday cards...with a lot of specifics from my parents and they worked with me through it. They came out better than I had ever hoped and it was a reasonable price. They can do ANYTHING. I also had a hard time printing on my laser printer for my friend's wedding programs, I took my paper and a copy of what i needed and they printed 100 copies for me in about 5-10 minutes and it only cost me $6. I came to Moyan with a couple of small jobs that had to be turned around quickly, and his shop knocked it out of the park. I wish I could give Minuteman Press more than five stars. My puppy lost her way and was missing for 41 hours. I asked Minuteman Press to print out hundreds of "Have You Seen Me?" flyers so I could find her. They printed out the first batch immediately and added extra flyers in for free. Since I don't live in McLean, they gave me great advice about places around town where I could put the flyers up. The next day I asked them to print 100 more flyers. Again, they were ready right away and Minuteman Press gave me the flyers for free as a donation in the search to find my puppy. Their kidness and generosity meant so much to me at a time when I was feeling so awful. The flyers generated a bunch of puppy sightings from people around town, and we found our puppy!
