Indeed it took about 15 minutes, give or take. The reason I am writing this review, is to let you know, Caesar is totally professional, courteous, transparent and honest. I have a lot of confidence in his repairs and work. I was provided a comfortable chair to wait in, Again, I am very pleased with all the work, Caesar has done on my vehicle. I highly recommend him to any one who's experiencing any mechanical problems, he is very reasonable and does quality work. Their fridge is always empty, they lose tons of revenue because their incompetent employees dont know how to run a business and keep stock. Today, on 4/4 I came in looking to make a purchase and the incompetent clerk would not let me purchase the items. I literally walked up to the counter and tried to purchase, he said no I cant ring you up. He took forever to get off his phone and come to the register. Then, while texting or scrolling online with kne hand, he tried to offer a half service. With the end result being that he cant ring me up. Absolutely insane. I dont know if he thought I was using fake bills or what his issue was. Im literally a local business owner and pulled up in a six figure car. Who am I looking to scam over $15 in water bottle purchases? I gave him zero reason to not ring me up. Im Absolutely flabbergasted at the experience. It is conveniently located off of highway 54 and near highway 5, it is a bit of a headache if you are trying to get back onto the highway as traffic is very populated, been waiting for them to put in a stop light in this intersection.It is located in front of Peter Piper pizza as well as a Chinese buffet and a supermarket, with sonic. Not sure the quality of gas yet this is my 2nd Philip call Mike, used to occupy Chevron gas station. The attendant has been the same female both times and she is very friendly and quick and efficient.Being that this gas station is much cheaper by 20 to 60 cents it is quite busy.

My husband didn't notice till the cashier brought it to his attention and only accepted the 1 $20 bill. So, my Husband comes back to this gas station and tells the guy that he gave ripped $20 bills. The cashier asked if my husband got the money there and questioned if he even stopped by that gas station. He threatened to check the cameras and my husband told him to because he was there and that is when the guy replaced the $20 and he took a picture of my husband plates. Now as you guys can see customer service is terrible. One person in particular who I keep having ongoing issues with. Her name is Linda and she's a short filipino lady with a thick accent. She's always lost and confused when it comes to debit card transactions. And instead of accepting her faults and/or lack of knowledge she insists that the customer's card is defected or declined. She love's yelling "decline! Decline!" For the whole world to hear. When fortunately this was not the case for me. I had sufficient funds both occurrences with her. She shows absolutely no initiative in trying to resolve the issue instead she says "I have no control over that" "it's your card or what you are pressing there" or "that's not my job" and this most recent time she actually left her booth to run up to my car window to tell me "if you have a problem you can talk to the manager" and idk where she think she is but you don't run up to people's windows like that - and when i asked her for her name she says "you see what my name badge says it says Linda" she should really think about her actions and how she decides to carry herself and realize she's in a customer service position that requires CUSTOMER SERVICE which she clearly knows nothing about! As it looks like management doesn't even bother looking at these reviews I will be escalating this to whomever I have to because I simply cannot stand for this type of nonsense anymore. Going to the gas station to pump gas should not be a stressful moment for me, these gas prices already do a good job of stressing me out - I don't need more of it.
