I have spent many thousands of dollars at this store since moving to Tweed 20 years ago…read more I had to return a Samsung Zip 3 mobile phone which needed a repair I waited for half an hour only to be told that I would have to wait for at least another half an hour and I should come back tomorrow.I said that I was not well and would wait. I was finally served by a very friendly and helpful young man who had never dealt with returns before. He managed to arrange for the return of my phone. After waiting so long for service I really appreciate his help. This happened on a Sunday but even so more staff should be available .

Knowing that I was travelling back to New Zealand, she asked me if I would like my pyjama set wrapped in tissue paper. lol! I had to refrain from making an adroit remark. My wife bought herself two sets of sleepwear. Love this place. Not sure if they have P.A in NZ but I'll be looking online to see if anything else jumps out at me wanting to be purchased. Great store space with great presentation. Clean and uncluttered. Discreet changing room for those who don't want to be seen trying on the sleepwear. Great range of sleepwear to suit moderate to expensive tastes. This is not a low cost retailer. All in all, highly recommended. Three out of three thumbs up!

They have many locations and each one is pretty similar. Upon entering you can pickup a catalogue to browse all the sale items. Then you are on your own to explore all the goodies around. During the holidays they have great deals on decorations. They also have everything ranging from art to school supplies, food to outdoor tables, toiletry to kitchenware etc. Sometimes you even discover super random items, like the one in my picture.

The pair I ended up getting fit amazingly well, and as so far as I could tell, the only "defect" was a slightly lighter color patch on the black/brown leather, that could just as soon be a deliberate part of the color scheme. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and they seemed to be under no pressure to make a sale. If you're in the market for a pair of boots, this location would be at the top of my list.
