Worst transport (And possibly in general) company I ever dealt with.
I paid extra to have the pallet collected faster than usual on 28/03 and they missed the collection and delivery date.
After delivered on 04/04 (Late) I saw that I had some broken tiles in the order and contacted them to activate the insurance (I had paid extra insurance btw)
Received no feedback from them despite repeated attempts but eventually I was contacted by the insurance company with whom I filled a claim and the company paid national pallets the insurance money.
Insurance company paid National Pallets the excess money on 01/06.
Since then (1 and a half month later) I have contacted repeatedly (Maybe more than 20 times) National Pallets to receive that money and all I get is the run around. Either someone is not available, or they escalated to manager xyz, and how sympatethic they are to my problem but no payment yet, they haven't even told me how much they will pay.
This is either a company without money in the bank and about to go bankrupt or they are deliberately ripping off customers in the transport fees and insurance payouts. Either way, stay clear of them.
