My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. This is the best credit repair service…read morenear me! I talked to other companies before I came in here, and the level of customer service they provide here is unmatched. I also did not have to wait long for the result. I saw a change even faster than I expected!

I worked with Trusted Credit Repair for almost 8 months and paid them $2800 upfront. Before working…read morewith them, I already had strong credit with cards of $28,000 and $50,000 limits. After their involvement, one of my existing cards was even closed, and most of my new credit applications ended in denials, leaving me with only two small cards of $2000 and $3000. My credit situation did not improve at all. Later, without their help, I obtained a $15,000 credit card on my own -- something they never achieved for me. When I asked for a refund due to their failure to deliver results, they threatened me with lawsuits and debt collectors instead of resolving the issue. Screenshots are attached as proof of these threats. Based on my experience, this company took my money, provided no meaningful results, and only made my situation worse. At this point, I am working with an attorney and preparing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the California Attorney General's Office, as well as a lawsuit. I strongly warn others to avoid this company.

I have used Credit Glory and referred many clients…read more PROS + Credit Glory goes after all of of your bad credit accounts at once. This might not sound praise worthy, but it is. Lexington Law and bigger firms throttle your disputes to keep you paying for 12+ months using the excuse that it's "frivolous" to send more at the same time. That's a lie. There is not a single official source for such a claim. They should be sued. + Credit Glory sends multiple letters AND faxes every month. It's the most aggressive and successful approach. It's costing them extra, but they're obviously making their customers happy. That's a winning strategy. + Given the above two points, they're dirt cheap. Similar services charge thousands for the same approach. + Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and based in the US. A lot of these companies outsource their customer service and it sucks. + Guarantee is no results, no pay. Can't beat that. + The owner makes himself known and available, putting his name and contact information on the frontpage along with the guarantee. An oldschool approach that's probably more relevant today than it ever was. CONS - Customer service responds anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days. Hopefully this improves with time. I'm typically more critical of responsiveness, but I'll give a little pass because of work quality. As long as they continue to provide quality results, I'll continue referring clients.

I called the number and met with Pete at the office and went over what I need help with, (Listed) 1. Two credit card that I had paid off after they were close $400 and $200 2. Medical bill from 2012 that I have never paid on in the amount of $750 I explain to Pete how important it was to clear up my credit as I was looking to purchase a home by the end of 2017. I was told to pay $250 upfront and every time they take something off I would be billed. I was given hope that this was the right place to be. (boy...was I wrong) Now its 6/24/2017 and nothing has been done to my account, no communication from anyone in the office, no letters from creditors. I constantly call and leave message to no avail. Only thing I get from them is advertisement in my email that is not even directed to me on ways to be mindful of credit. I leave voice mail, every time you call no one answers, been to the office 8 times and no one there in the middle of working hours.

I call back the same number and some woman with an accent lacking communication explains to me he is at lunch. I tell her John picked up the first time and hung up on me, she lacked empathy and understanding . I stated my conversation when Jon picked up with " I've just had the worst experience with Experian on the phone, I don't know what else to do I need some help and guidance what do you guys provide " and click hung up..... I get that things happen , but I'd also went online and called the 800 number and still. Pretty low blow. The Spanish woman picking up the phone makes things difficult as she becomes lost in translation and lacks understanding how identify and response correct problem to solution. If you read my reviews I'm an optimist and so for me to feel this way. Says a lot about how awful this experience was. Don't want to work they just want to get paid

I contacted a tax advocate. The tax advocate informed us that they sent three rejection emails to the preparer, at which point, he was supposed to notify us. I tried following up multiple times with Edwin to get some consolation, but he eventually stopped responding, ghosting me and my husband - rather than owning up to the mistake like a professional. I would have understood, but he chose to avoid the situation entirely. I don't know if he was embarrased, afraid to communicate, or just simply negligent, but this turned what could have been a very small, fixable issue into a much bigger problem. The IRS even recommended that I file a formal complaint. If you value clear communication and accountability, maybe look elsewhere. SOPHIA

It was like pulling teeth to have him acknowledge his error and be open to reimbursing me for the additional cost. Fortunately for myself, I contacted my lender to avoid a repeat of what happened with my initial policy, if I hadn't I'm sure things would have fell into limbo again. At this time, I am working with him to rectify issues with this new policy, however Edwin has been nonresponsive and slow to move. I regret that my policy was forwarded to him. If you're looking for a dedicated agent I would advise you to look elsewhere.
