She placed me on another six week waitlist only for me to call back having to prove she NEVER ASKED FOR THIS INFOMATION - NOW REMOVED FROM A WAITLIST. The class was small - 5 kids, and the instructor Jess was able to give each of them individual and group attention. My daughter came home everyday telling me about the fun she had - art, reading, singing, playing - you name it! One week was rainbow themed and the other under the sea themed. We're probably going to have to buy the book "Clark the Shark" since she loved it so much. My favorite thing about Puzzle Pieces is you can tell the staff care about the kids and are not forcing them to comply - instead following the kids leads. That's huge in the Autism services world and honestly this is the first place I have found that attitude at. They definitely live "connection not compliance" and meet the kids where they are. I've heard from parents of the other kids in this group that OT, PT, and Speech at Puzzle Pieces is great too. So so so happy we found this gem and will share the word with other parents of Autistic kids. I'm neurodivergent too & proud. So many centers are awful treating kids like less than, not letting them stim, and other awful. I will never put my kid through that - despite whatever pressure insurance/society puts on us.

I paid for a ride and stretcher for my 84y.o father to be brought home on Thursday, 11/20/24, after 2 months in a rehab facility after a broken hip and surgery. He lives on the second level and needed assistance. He was due for an 11am pickup and they were late, which with Boston traffic I didn't think anything of it. Almost 2hrs later, I heard my doorbell and thought it was the Brockton Home Health Agency, but it was my 86 y.o mother who rang my door because they left my father sitting on a small table on our porch. It was cold and rainy and they just left him. I walked out to talk to the drivers who just looked at me, got in the car and took off, without saying a word. Basically speaking volumes...letting us know that that's not their problem. My father was left like a package on the porch table. I called the company, the # from the van as they took off. and told them what happened. I asked what did I pay for, because I was confused. How was this okay? I could've saved money and picked my dad up myself if that was how they were going to leave him. The company called the drivers to come back. They took forever and I wasn't going to leave him. Both of my parents looked on in disbelief and worry. So we slowly went up the stairs to the 2nd level as the physical therapist had taught us. I had to put him in a chair half way up. As slow as we went, with taking a break, they hadn't arrived, so we kept going. Once I got him safe to his bed, I went back down to meet the drivers. When they finally arrived, one of them said that the stretcher would not have fit (they didn't attempt anything.) I opened the door and should him the massive entry way, high ceilings and large space. His excuse was invalid. Even if it was, they didn't communicate, attempt or anything. They left 2 elderly people on the porch, who couldn't communicate properly, knowing they were limited in mobility and could not get upstairs on their own. They left without speaking to me. They left without caring. He could've fell and re-injured his hip. I hurt thinking how he must've felt being treated in such a way after 2 months of not being home. My father woke up the next day with so much pain from having to walk up all those steps due to their negligence. My back still hurts from having to help hold him up as he made his trek up. I will never use the Brockton Home Healthy Agency Again and will never refer them to anyone!! The drivers never apologized to my father.

I started coming to BD Physical Therapy to deal with some post-surgical pain, and I've had such a…read moregreat experience so far! I originally picked this practice because the location is super convenient for me, and they were able to schedule my first appointment right away (which is big when you're dealing with pain). The building is spacious and clean, with plenty of parking outside. It has a main area for PT, along with private care rooms for some of the other services. They've done a great job of listening to my concerns and easing me into all different kinds of stretching and strength building exercises that progress as my recovery does. It's all felt really tailored to my needs and lifestyle, and it's played a huge role in giving me the mobility and confidence to start getting back into my normal workout routine post-surgery. Everyone I've interacted with here is so kind, but I've been working with Adrienne for the actual PT, and I can't say enough good things about her! Highly recommend this practice.
