We had a lot of questions both before and during the process (we've never refinished floors before), and they always responded immediately. They were very knowledgable and accommodating. Excellent customer service. When they replaced the damaged sections in our floor, they blended the work in perfectly: you can't even tell where the floor was replaced. Our floors turned turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them. Only thing I would suggest is just a general homeowner recommendation to think about options for protecting your baseboards, ours were freshly painted so there wasn't much they could do (if they hadn't been freshly painted I know they would have taped them for the staining portion, but I'm not sure about the sanding portion). Even so, these guys did their best to work around our fresh paint. They did a great job!
