As for Living Waters Tim answered the phone promptly and called back shortly with an arrival time of 1 pm. Our tech Alex showed up slightly before 1 pm and just left after doing a great job at installing our new water heater. He was quick to order the equipment and parts he needed working to make sure he was being delivered a tank (did not opt for a tankless unit after doing my own research on prices) that would fit in our hall closet. In the process our custom floating stairs were gouged and damaged. The installer was decent enough to own that and advised we call the office to see what could be done. We were not looking for some exorbitant payout but something as this will be a multi thousand dollar expsense to fix. They told us to pound sand and that such things are par for the course. Zero integrity. To be clear the plumber himself did great.

Becarfulle hiring all three of these contractors !!!!!!!!!!They were contracted to install a new sewer line of 117 feet!!! They only installed Half of the line , leaving my home to continue to back up. They also dug it up in the middle of the winter and left 4feet of dirt along a side walk un protected. The dirt kept washing onto my side walk causing my tenents to vacate the home. The basement contiued to back up because the installed pipe was shorted. The contract was from the town hook up to the foundation witch was well short of that .
