We are in Bella Vista and with so much wildlife in and out of our yard they create a high density level of ticks. We hired this company specifically to eliminate a mouse problem and were assured they would take…read morecare of it. Unfortunately, much of what was promised was not followed through on. They sealed the house and placed mostly sticky traps, but mice continued coming in through the same area we originally called about. Cleanup and follow-up were inconsistent, technicians sometimes showed up unannounced and blamed the office for not calling, and there seemed to be an excuse whenever we raised concerns. We eventually went back to old-fashioned snap traps ourselves and caught more mice that way. In the end, we had to seal the gap in the closet ourselves with spray foam to stop the motion-detector light from coming on at night (which means the mice stopped coming in). Most disappointing, my mom had recently lost her husband and has significant vision limitations. She hired professionals because she needed help and trusted their assurances. I feel the service was misrepresented and that she was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this company.
