I was told that it would be "made right" and I could go ahead and put furniture in the room and they would take it out and put it all back when the new carpet got in. In the meantime, I decided not to put the furniture in, to save them the hassle of taking it out and putting it back in again. I put the mattress and box springs on the floor and have slept that way ever since. I was expecting a resolution within a few days to a week... it has been almost 3 months! It is obvious after I call at least once a week, get nothing but promises of "we'll make it right", no follow up communication, and now my calls are not even being answered, that they do not intend to "make it right". I was expecting so much more due to the referrals I got to this business. I am extremely concerned that they would treat a senior citizen or anyone in this manner. It appears if everything goes well it is good, but if there is any glitch, it is awful! Sadly, my experience has been the latter!

Bad information on flooring product. Brought in a sample from Lowe's to try to buy local. The lady…read moreimmediately told me the product I had was NOT engineered hardwood. I knew it was, but wanted to see what they had to match and I wanted to her the benefit of the doubt. They didn't have anything that matched, so she began telling me about all the lawsuits from my sample product. When I asked her for the source of her information about the lawsuits so I could educate myself while researching...she responded, another dealer in Lowell, but there not gonna tell you anything. WTF!? I feel like this business will tell you ANYTHING to sell you their products. We were fully willing to purchase a whole house worth of flooring IF they could match the tone of the wood flooring we settled on. Not only could they not, they lied to get us to settle on something else. How do I know they lied? I can't find any public record of litigation or class action against the manufacturer of the sample product from Lowe's. Also: when she was banging on about the alleged lawsuits, she confirmed my sample WAS engineered hardwood after telling me it was luxury vinyl plank - confirming no educational foundation on flooring products - which is a red flag for a store devoted entirely to selling flooring.

After reaching out to 4 local electricians, I finally got a call back; and luckily we got the right one! Ramm is very knowledgeable,very customer friendly, takes pride in his work and is respectful of your property. He needed to come inside to drill a hole for one outlet and I noticed that he placed a towel down on my countertop to lay out his tools (impressive). Prices seemed fair. We will definitely call him again.

I…read morecalled and spoke to Ramm about getting our old outdated electric panel replaced and relocated outside my house instead of in my master bedroom closet. He came by and looked at what and where we needed his services and then was able to prepare a quote on what it would cost. Ramm messaged me the quote that evening after looking it over i was pleased with the quote and accepted it. We then agreed on a day for the job to be completed. Working with the city for permits. And i scheduled the temporary power disconnect with the power company and a reconnect for that afternoon. Ramm and his helper Frank arrived early on monday so he could be here when the power was disconnected. They got started on replacing and relocating the power panel. Which was an all day job i didnt realize it was such a complex job. They worked all day on the project and was ready for the city inspector and past the inspection with no problem. The city then released the House to be reconnected to the power grid. I can not stress enough how pleased i am with the QUALITY of the work and how good it all looks. And now i feel much safer in my home with my elderly Mother living with me with a new updated electric panel that is up to current code. I cannot Thank Ramm and Frank enough for the very exceptional service and Quality of their work. THANKS Mike Cook...

Rusted out pool pipe needed replacing. Jerry showed up on time the same day and disconnected…read morepiping. He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.
