Once he got out here it was 1 days work to fix the roof and it does look good and no longer leaks. However, he left a huge mess in our yard for another couple months, we got a nail in our tire from it, I finally messaged him and complained about the mess and he came out and cleaned up the bigger stuff. He also tore down an old building out back and left broken glass all over our yard. I have pets who go out there and am about to have a baby and now I'm not going to feel comfortable letting my kid play in the back yard because of how scattered the broken glass is, I'll never be able to get it all cleaned up! Can't trust him to come out and clean it up in a timely manner so going to have to do it myself at 9 months pregnant. Shingle work- good Ceiling repair- ok Professionalism- not very good. I don't want to have to have a whole lot of interaction for a simple job. If you did, then that indicates a problem, and I had no problem here. The following issue is minor and shouldn't dissuade any one from doing business with them. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the price. Maybe $300 is the bare minimum for him to come out, i'm not sure, but he took less than twenty minutes to fix my roof. I wasn't home, but thanks to my Ring doorbell, I saw him climb on the roof at 12:00 and then climb down 12:05 and take the ladder away and not come back. While on the roof I saw him throwing the coupe damaged shingles down. At 11:45 he was not there, so sometime between 11:45 and 12:00 he showed up and was done by 12:05. Because of how quick he came out and how response he was, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and believe he treated my job the same as he would anyone in the terms of cost. He may have even escalated my job above another because it was a small repair and it was during a few little rainy days. All I can really compare it to is the other repair men I have had come out in the various fields like plumbing, electrical and others and have an idea of what prices generally can run. My cynical side has noticed a pattern that if I am not home for the work then many tend to over charge the cost and I think that has to do with the lack of supervision and because I live in a decent home many see that as an opportunity and take advantage of that. Again, I am not saying they did that here. Only saying that $900 an hour ($300 for 20 minutes) seems a bit high for almost any field. I would not hesitate to call upon them again for work, I would just receive a few estimates.

The 2nd time, he read my text wrong concerning our insurance adjuster appointment, and Craig was unable to make it to town to meet our adjuster. When I said we were going to go with another roofing company, he rudely said, "Fine! Go with another company then!" Do NOT use this company, as they cannot seem to get their schedules correct, and they don't seem to care about their customers!

Although he was a pleasant fellow, he said he's sorry; he wants to make everyone happy, but they build houses, not doors with stairs and didn't have time to take on my job. I don't have a problem with being busy or only talking on big jobs. However, to make an appt and have someone wait, not show up and then say sorry we can't do your job is bad a business practice. Please be honest and don't waste people's time if you feel the job won't bring in the revenue you require. Our time is important too.
