I have had nothing but trouble since I have bought a $60,000 stand up power chair I had to first get invacare rep involved for a solution to be made as the stand up power chair I have kept getting stuck the rep came all the way from Spokane Washington and agreed to replace the casters with some better ones due to my weight and size. The invacare rep told us I would not get charged for them which I sincerely appreciate but then I had asked for the NSM to be able to fix the post that the knee block sits on and the salesman when the invacare rep was here acted like it was a big issue and it was not a big issue to the invacare rep at all. It is still sitting I have requested that I have new foot straps put on when the invacare rep and salesman James came to look at the caster issue and the NSM team ended up taking the chair back and putting the casters on when they came in as well as the foot straps that James Bond thought would work. Meanwhile I had the first service guy they had work on it for spinning by the time the new casters came in and were put on they had another service tech and now I am still having trouble with it and they have another service guy which this last service guy was out three weeks ago to install the new batteries we requested. Installed the new batteries as I couldn't wait for him since I have a day job and I tried out the tilt system a week after he came to replace the batteries and the tilt and standing system do not work I contacted the company and spoke with the manager out of billings which is who I had to contact to get new batteries and make sure the stand up post was going to get adjusted the service tech Corbin called me yesterday saying that the secretary barb tried to contact me to set up another appt to get the batteries fixed and she did not he said he was coming thru my town yesterday and would stop by and fix it. Today I had someone there to verify the work was being done and the service guy did not knock on the door to even say that the repairs we asked were fixed and I checked it after work today and the tilt system still does not work so I am still unable to use the chair after two years going on three years and I received no phone call or update from the company or the service technician to even tell me the status of the repairs. They also will not take the wheelchair back I even asked the manager in billings the last phone call I had with him explaining that since the new batteries were installed that the tilt system does not work so I can't even use the chair still thankfully I have another power chair that is like 5 years old that I bought from a different company that still is in good condition and the company I bought my quantum chair from still was able to order me a new motor and replace it in quicker time than National seating and mobility.
