Yet another cancellation on their part stating that their technician was sick. At this point a month has gone by and we're still waiting to get our unit maintained. Excuse after excuse, and our unit is still in need of maintenance. They won't even placate the customer because of their continued poor customer service. They attempted to turn their continued errors and put the blame on us. Be wary of these people. They may appear friendly, but when it comes to customer service, they are horrible.
