History

Established in 1940.

National Termite and Pest Control was founded in 1940 by Coney Nipper in Cordele, Ga. Coney lived in Orlando, Fla. and worked for a pest control company and, after a few years, decided to move to Cordele and start his own company. National Termite and Pest Control is owned and managed today by Coney's grandson, Cliff Nipper. Cliff took over the business from his father. Cliff and his wife Jayme are members of the Cordele First Baptist Church where Cliff serves as a deacon and also is a member of the worship choir. He is also a member of the Cordele Lion's Club and a member of Cordelia Lodge F&AM #276. When Cliff is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling, motorcycle riding, singing and playing the guitar.
