I am so glad I found this lady's company through a google search. She did a marvelous job restoring a tragically neglected shower that now looks brand new. She did above and beyond the work she was hired for. If she saw something that she wanted to have look better she just did it. She did a great job on two cracked grout areas in both bathrooms, PLUS re-shimmed my toilet and grouted around it. All while saving me money. When I save the money to replace my crappy wood laminate floors with vinyl planks , she will be doing that too, she does that type work also. She is very dependable, timely and reasonably priced.

Over and over... When we learned about his stinky act, we attempted to salvage the expensive mattress by calling a steam cleaner. I contacted Mean Steam for a quote and the owner, Jesse Root stopped by for a quote. Jesse saw the mattress and was very honest with me. He said I could try and get the stain out but I can promise you I will not be able to take it all out because the urine was so penetrated in the mattress. He said " if it were me, I would just buy a new one." Not the news that I wanted to hear, butJesse was honest even though it did not make him any business. But that is exactly what I want and expect from a business. True honesty. I will be calling Jesse back for my carpet cleaning needs because I know he will not be trying to up sell me or lie.
