The staff are nice and welcoming to the branch, the staff behind the counter seem friendly as well. A smallish branch but it does what it needs to do as quickly as they can work. The staff are easy to deal with and always happy to help. On a negative point, there is always a que for the cash machines. Seating inside the bank is welcomed for those who are with someone and need to sit down with a push chair for example.

There was still a long queue for assistance by a cashier with only 2 trainees behind the desk and a supervisor fliiting about trying to satisfy everybody. There was no change available for local businesses,nobody seemed to know the answer to anybody elses questions and simply putting euros into my account took practically 15 minutes. This bank is full of machines and only has 3 counters for customers to deal with actual people, of which quite often only 1 is open. The bank regularly runs out of change and is unable to provide the service we pay for as a business.
