Caitlin the office manager is super sweet and always follows up, and our installer Chris was just as much of a perfectionist as we are! We were truly blown away by Chris's attention to detail in hanging out custom floor to ceiling curtains. It totally transformed the space and we are so happy with how they turned out. Can't wait to use them again in the future for custom shutters!

This particular blind fabric has a woven look with a rich sheen and compliments the wood cabinets so well. When I chose blinds for the house over 20 years ago I chose Hunter Douglas. They have been opened and closed daily without any problems for all these years. The price has increased over time but the product is a quality blind and has been worth the investment.

Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before doing business with them. My experience has been extraordinarily disappointing, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.

I chose to go with Shutters he recommended and they are amazing! The service was incredibly fast, transparent and Dustin was very communicative during every step of the process. I also had a few other companies give me quotes, none of them could come close to the prices Dustin was able to offer.
