The lady who did my daughter's pedi was extremely rude. We paid over $100 for two pedies and all they did were paint our toenails. They didn't do anything else. Never in all my years have I ever been to a nail salon and only had my nails painted. They didn't use a scrub, heat wrap, massage our calves... absolutely nothing! We weren't asked what type of service we wanted. I'm not even sure they offer anything more than just paint. The very next day the paint was coming off. We've had to schedule another appointment with our regular tech to fix their trashy work. I highly recommend using anyone but Pretty Woman Spa. When you arrive, they make you fill out the forms where they can learn more about you and your skin. So arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment. We were able to get appointments the same day on a Thursday evening. My massage was good. The therapist asked me about my problem areas and where I needed her to concentrate. I was stiff in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She did a good job on the neck and shoulders but not so much on the lower back. It was a full body massage but she missed the feet completely. Maybe that's not part of their massage. Not sure but she was good overall with medium/firm pressure. As for the facial, it was good but not great for my husband. He still had some blackheads showing on his nose that I'd have liked for them to clear as part of the facial. He even paid $20 extra for some upgrade as part of his facial but I still wasn't impressed with the results. I've seen better results for him with other facials. Overall, I think they are good but not great with both facials and massages. The facility is nice and clean from the inside and they are taking COVID precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask. Give them a try and see how you like it.
