I like that she gives you specific directions to follow after the microblading is complete. First, she threads your eyebrows and goes over what it will look like. She will also numb your eyebrows after this and let's the medication have enough time to start working. This is so important and I am so thankful she does this! The best part is that when she does your microblading it is painless and I would 10/10 recommend her. Touch ups are usually done 5-6 weeks after and she is able to work with your schedule to fit you in pretty easily. I traveled all the way from Atlanta to come to her and I would do it all over again!

I agreed and my nails ended up an ugly purple color. I told her I didn't like the color but she kept repeating "it look good". Needless to say I will not return. My nails look so bad. I paid $70 for fill in with the lady and 30 more for color change. Ridiculous!

My Niece picked out a natural rose for her feet a a pink chrome for her hands. I picked a butter yellow for my feet and asked for a full set with butter yellow and blueberry design on it. Once we sat down and began looking over the pricing menu, things became intimidating with how everything was separated. However, the nail tech made everything simple by asking what we wanted and explaining what would work better. The nail techs did good work on my niece wrapping her up very quickly with a perfect chrome & gel pink polish on both hands and feet that looked beautiful with a cat eye effect. Her's was $90 total. I feel like I got upsold from what she asked for big time. At that point I just told them to paint my nails regular because I didn't want to pay more than $100 on my manicure. In all, it was a fun experience but I feel I was over charged for it.

We were able to get appointments the same day on a Thursday evening. My massage was good. The therapist asked me about my problem areas and where I needed her to concentrate. I was stiff in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She did a good job on the neck and shoulders but not so much on the lower back. It was a full body massage but she missed the feet completely. Maybe that's not part of their massage. Not sure but she was good overall with medium/firm pressure. As for the facial, it was good but not great for my husband. He still had some blackheads showing on his nose that I'd have liked for them to clear as part of the facial. He even paid $20 extra for some upgrade as part of his facial but I still wasn't impressed with the results. I've seen better results for him with other facials. Overall, I think they are good but not great with both facials and massages. The facility is nice and clean from the inside and they are taking COVID precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask. In exasperation I switched it after moving here full time and I'm still paying. I like the idea of cancelling the card from other members. It's a disaster with this location. Fortunately the Dallas TX Greenville Ave location is stellar in every way so when in town I go to that one for my facials and massages.
