Queuing is the biggest issue in this newly refurbished branch.
Wait times to see an advisor, a cashier or even to use the self-service tills are above average.
The staff do try and make sure that people are in the right place but it does little to solve the fact that a lot of people use this branch.
The advisors operate an open appointments system and you book in and wait your turn. The waiting area is acceptable and the branch is bright and clean.
Privacy is not that great in branch. There are rooms for consultations but there are also open units which are visible and audible to other customers. It's luck as to where you end up.
Staff are generally helpful, although, as with all banks and building societies there is the odd issue. Account opening and maintenance is, in general, hassle free though.
Facilities for the disabled are more limited but the branch is fully accessible.
