I grew up near the area of this rental store. My dad always used them, and now I go to them. They are reasonable and very helpful. Of the almost 30+ years of using them never had a single issue. In your response you stated that the initial diagnosis was that the power washer probably needed a new carburetor. Seven days later further diagnosis revealed that it just needed a thorough cleaning. Had your MASTER CERTIFIED mechanic correctly diagnosed the problem in the first place, I would have gotten it back a week earlier. I stand by my previous claim. You just don't care about an acceptable turnaround time. I do not accept your apology included in your response , since it was aimed at the folks reading this review. You didn't apologize for anything when I paid the bill and complained about the amount of time. In fact you said you didn't need my business. Rented a power washer from here. The first unit broke on twice. Each malfunction required me to return the unit. They then gave me a different unit and it broke a third time. I will give them credit for comping me a free weekend. After returning for the third time the employees seemed indifferent about my inconveniences. Didn't even receive an apology. I know the owner of this business and he's a good, Christian businessman who treats people fairly. He's also very knowledgeable about his products and will only rent you the right equipment to get the job done. Unfortunately, yes, there are times when equipment may malfunction, but I've never known Tyson to not honor his word. read more

Beware of these guys! They will run up the price on parts to the point it's ridiculous. Brought in my toro weed eater a month ago to get looked at, I had previously cleaned the carburetor to see if that was the problem and still didn't have any luck myself. Thinking at that point it was something that I couldn't fix myself I had to pay the 55$ charge to diagnose the problem before actually fixing the weed eater. Since they told me the 55$ would apply to the bill if I decided to fix it I agreed. They call back two days later and say I need a brand new carburetor and a spark plug. Then they hit me with a total price of 250$ to fix it my original 55$ plus an additional 195$. Keep in mind the weed eater brand new is about 150$ or so. I ask how in the world is that possible?!? He explained that a new carburetor itself is 135$ plus all the little gaskets etc were 5$- 15$ a piece and then a one hour charge of labor. Bullshit, I went to amazon bought a carburetor part kit for a whopping 29$ shipping included. Took the 3 bolts apart slapped the new one on in about 10 minutes and boom my weed eater was off and running no problem. I understand people need to make money but they shouldn't like that scamming people for the 55$ non refundable diagnostic charge. Find somewhere else to get your equipment fixed!!! read more

They refused to honor the truck reservation I made through budget truck rental website even though the truck was sitting out front and they had already charged my card.
