Edward Jordan - Service Drive Manager - He went way above and beyond - Great customer service - Definite asset to the company. Would definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience I 100% do not recommend this place especially If you have warranty It just seems like they wanted to get my truck out of the way so instead of fixing the problem, and the work that they did speaks for itself, and the pictures below will prove it! It was very unprofessiona! they made it even Worse Simply because it wasn't thererecommended fix To explain more on the situation, I had my two head, gaskets go bad on me, causing oil to leak in the coolant system which contaminated everything keep in mind that was the only thing that went wrong. The engine did not overheat and the truck was not running for long after that happenedand it Was in proper maintenance schedule I took it in and Lisa (The person that was Attending me) wanted to replaced the whole engine when I asked what was wrong with the engine block? They told me it was contaminated with metal flakes. There was no cracks or no damage in there And all they needed to do was flush out the systems and clean them which they didn't as you can see in the pictures below This whole process just seemed like they wanted the easy fix, but my warranty wasn't gonna cover the engine only the head gaskets So I told them I couldn't do the new engine because it was gonna cost me A lot of money So they just replaced the parts that broke and that were no good when they finished they told me it wasn't sounding good and The engine didn't have much life on it So I went to go check it out and when I told them that it wasn't the engine and it was the heads they told me it was because The engine was bad, but that's not the case here they didn't fix the parts right and did a horrible job. I took it to another mechanic and he told me that the camshaft weren't getting good lubrication and the gaskets were not left to completely seal and I still had fluids mixing Now I have to pay out of my own pocket for a job that was supposed to be covered by my warranty instead, it was damaged even more and now I have to Wait longer to get my daily driving truck back if you look at these pictures, this is the type of job that they did and some of the screws weren't even screwed on properly so yes, this place really put me in a hole and if anybody ask me about this place, I will share my experience so they don't go through the same problem I am Glad that I got my truck out of there and took it to somebody who actually knows what they're doing I didn't even want the street Toyota to even try to fix their problem because this work shows you how unqualified these people are for mechanic work i've talked to multiple mechanics and they were shocked in the type of work that street Toyota did on my vehicle.

I rarely say "yes" to other services, but I'm glad that I did this time! With my newer Tahoe, I've had GM rewards. Unbeknownst to me I'd been collecting lots of points each time I was getting my routine oil change. Karen asked me at checkout if I wanted to apply my rewards, and lo-and-behold, I was able to cash in $145 off of the service! Wowzers! GM and Chevrolet have some good things going. It was a great blessing to me this time, plus their service is always really great, because they: -wash your car -have you pull in out of the weather -provide quick service -and have coupons available I appreciate everything they're doing for their customers!

I asked if I could get on a waiting list & bring the car in when it was much closer to the date the car could actually be look at. Nope - that is simply not possible. What a person to do for 2-3 weeks without transportation??? The scheduling person said me it has always been a 2-3 wk wait for car repairs. I have been to this dealership before & NEVER has it been 2-3 weeks. It has been same day or overnight for repairs. Terrible!

Vehicles they would not normally sell to the public because they needed too much work. He had one that came close to my price. I asked him for the CarFax, because there was no point going on if the vehicle was too far fine. But he had the report and it had only one collision where the airbags did not deploy , so it was minor damage. The car had 120k miles, which I did t mind because I had been looking stones with more than that with my price range. Honestly, the "cinnamon metallic red " Ford expedition was beautiful . Had some flaws on the inside, needed some mechanical work done. But drive absolutely fine. Would get me from point A to point B . Josh worked with my cash financing options later that day. The vehicle had to pass safety inspection to go off the lot which meant the dealership bought me two new tires and new brakes. What they did not have to do was detail the whole vehicle beautifully and fill it to the brim with fuel, then have it ready exactly when promised. Two keys and I was off in my new, old 2012 ride that looks brand new.

I was in quite a predicament when I totaled my car 22 hours from home in the middle of the mountains in winter. I had a Jetta TDI, which I planned to keep forever, particularly now that they are off the market. Alas, I found myself living at a motel in Wyoming (Austin is home) for two weeks, navigating the insurance debacle and trying to find a new TDI remotely. (I'm a VW loyalist and given how much I roadtrip, a diesel is a necessity.) This proved no easy task, until I met James O'Neill. He had the exact car I was looking for and made committing to buying a car in TX (from Wyoming) a breeze (which isn't something that can be said lightly). He managed all the financing, negotiating, and details until I could get to Amarillo, which was weeks later. When I arrived after 8 p.m. on a Saturday night (after getting caught in a snowstorm in Colorado), the team waited for me so I could finally get in my own car and transfer all my belongings from the rental and get on the road just in time to make it to Austin for Christmas. I'd honestly expected to have to get a motel in town and wait till Monday given my arrival time; so sticking around late on a Saturday was the icing on the cake. Until they offered to return my rental car to Enterprise for me on top of that. I left in happy tears. The team has checked in with me multiple times since, just to make sure all is well given the unusual circumstances of the situation. And I couldn't be more grateful for all the meticulous care and effort they put into turning my nightmare into a dream. I've never experienced this level of customer service anywhere. As I mentioned before, I'm a VW loyalist; but now? I'm a Street VW loyalist, and would happily drive out of my way to purchase from these fellas again.

Everyone was friendly, and we were told the car needed a new battery. Although we paid dealership pricing, including roughly $300 for what was described as battery "programming," we were relieved to be back on the road. Two hours later, the car died again in the middle of the Texas Panhandle. After we made it home, our local repair shop found six indicators related to the EVAP system. More than a week and another $1,000 in repairs later, the car is running properly. Our local mechanic also told us that the battery Street Volkswagen sold us was not needed. The failed diagnosis was frustrating, but the reason for this review is how Street responded afterward. I called three times, sent a text, and tried the online chat to discuss what happened. I received no meaningful response. Street Volkswagen was friendly and attentive while taking our money. But the true measure of a business is how it responds when something goes wrong, and Street failed that test. I would caution Volkswagen owners in the Amarillo area to think twice before relying on Street for service. If it is your only dealership option, have another trusted mechanic in mind.

The worst place ever to buy a car!!! Don't do it! I bought my car in 2019... I bought a 2019 Kia…read moreforte. I was getting my oil changes and everything done at Kia up until my warranty ended. After my warranty stopped, I continue to maintain my car. I've never been in a wreck in my vehicle. I've never even gotten a ticket in my vehicle. October 2025 I was driving down western and my car just stopped. No lights came on anything. I was stuck in traffic thankfully I didn't have my kids with me for about 45 minutes until someone came and helped me get the car out of the way. And ever since then my car hasn't worked. I took my car to Kia the beginning of November... I didn't get my car back until the beginning of February They told me that they've been really busy and that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until after Thanksgiving. I said that was fine because I really just wanted to know why my car just stopped like that. So I borrowed my mom's car to get to work and pick up kids. The communication was OK and then I didn't hear from them after Thanksgiving that they were starting the car so I text them because that's how they do. Everything is through text. He told me that they looked at my car and it looked like it had jumped time... That it would be an easy fix. The motor and the transmission looked great. I'm actually really glad that everything was through text because I still have those text messages I was happy to hear that there was nothing wrong with my motor or the transmission and that it would be an easy fix. So I asked when the car would start being worked on and then that's when the communication ended. He had told me that he had to remove the valve covers to look at the motor and transmission... All the things. He said everything looked great. Three weeks later, he sends me a text that he needs to remove the valve covers again in order to get the warranty department to pay to fix my car. He said that he had pulled up all of my oil changes and maintenance to the vehicle and it look like I have been maintaining the car, but he had to send it over to warranty along with video and pictures. So that they would have to remove the valve cover covers once again, but I had to agree to pay $175 for them to do that. I asked why they didn't take the videos and pictures the first time? He said that he should have but he didn't think about it. So I was iffy about doing it, but he reassured me that warranty would pay for it because the car was in really good condition and that they had pulled all the receipts that I had maintained my car. And I agree to it because I trusted him. Then I didn't hear from him again, so I keep texting and texting and nothing. My uncle finally went up there and asked what the heck was going on with the car. They told my uncle that it looked like I hadn't been changing the oil! When I have text messages stating that they pulled all my receipts of all my oil changes. He then tells my uncle will just because she was taking it to get the oil change doesn't actually mean that they were changing the oil. Well, how the hell am I supposed to know that if they're documenting it and saying that the oil's been changed why is it my fault even though he said that they can see that I've been maintaining the car? So he tells my uncle this is my uncle comes to me and says why were you not changing the oil? I got really upset... It caused a bunch of problems He then text me and says warranty is not gonna cover it. It's gonna cost about $8000 for you to fix the car.!! I owe $2000 to this car that I haven't driven since October But guess what? My car only has 50,000 miles on it and Kia wants to buy it off of me however they want me to purchase another car from them and that's the only way that they'll work the deal. All I want is for them to pay off the $2000 so I can quit making payments on a car that I can't even use. I've already paid them 16,000. I still have all the text messages from them... I still keep getting emails, phone calls, text messages to please sell them my car... If my car was in such freaking bad shape, why are they so hungry to buy it? Please do not do business with them. Thankfully, my boyfriend had an extra vehicle that I can borrow for work however, if his car ever breaks down well, how's he gonna get it around? I hate Kia... Their mechanics are the worst. They have the worst sales people there. They literally tried putting me in a 2026 car with payment 700 and something dollars and that's with using my Kia as a down payment There are the worst and they're selfish... They only care for themselves. They don't care for the customer. They're the worst if I could give zero stars, that's what I would give.
