We own Tom and Lin Catering and we have used SWRS for all of our rest supply needs, ever since the first encounter. They are not the biggest or the cheapest, but they are the best. I have used many other suppliers and not any of them measure up in service and hospitality as Scott and his team at SWRS. I called to rent some coolers when we were in the worst spot, (covid 19)Scott and the team helped us tremendously by delivering some extra coolers to hold our food as we were going to open a corner store for grocery items. They delivered within hours and because of our long lasting relationship he did this for us without cost! Wow! The outpouring of community support in the midst of this crisis is amazing and! unforgettable. Right now our business is staying afloat and our food cold! And many first responders are eating well thanks to donations and the help of Scott and the team at Southwest Restaurant Supply!

Sometimes those recommendations are great and other times they are passable and mediocre. This one ended up being great. From the first time I walked in, I have always been treated with respect and I feel like they have always been fair to me when it comes to purchasing large amounts of equipment or when I come in hunting for a used prep table, shelving, etc. I don't always find what I need and have bought new equipment when I couldn't find used and it's always been delivered as promised and at a fair price. The several times they didn't have what I needed they have called other restaurant supply places to find the item for me, ensure it's in stock and get a price for me. To me that is the reason they are always my first stop when I need something.

The weather, as we know is unseasonably warm. Twenty F above average temps. I am converting to Summer Schedule. Knobby knees and pale leg sticks showing below carpenter shorts. The dog's wading pool is full for the first time since October. The same for his secondary water pot. His 3 water sources also rovide water for many birds, maybe a sneaky cat or two. The rowdy neighborhood chihuahuas are fenced out. I drink more water too. If you want a hint about your hydration, search "Fire Fighter Pee Chart." Clear means excellent. Yellow, drink more. I had plenty of water this morning, gas at Costco was in the center of my errand list. The urethra twins began barking orders to the brain. We only come here for the essentials and sometimes we have to travel further to the other Costco stores for things they don't have at this Business Costco. I do have to admit this Costco has the best gas prices in the Valley. For some you that have a need to save on office supplies you might want to take a trip here. The parking is kind of needs some improvement.
