- Quote was more than double that of competitors for the same features on business cards. $600 for 500 cards PLUS 'a couple hours of work' cost to transform a single piece of artwork into the layers they need for their process. Here again, their competitors quoted significantly less cost at 30 mins of a designer's time to do this. - Tim was a nice guy, receptive and creative. Needed a day to get me the quote because some of the work they outsource i.e. UV coating. - Tom gave me the quote as an all inclusive number. His general tone and posture was boarder-line combative from his very first words. Tom refused to provide a breakdown. When I explained that it's impossible for customers to decide where to make concessions based on the cost of each feature and the value they bring to the brand (card), he said it's too much work for him, no one else has ever asked for that (why would a customer care if any other customer asked him for that before?), and that even understanding the goal that the breakdown enables (finding the balance of value and cost) he won't do it. Very much not a problem solver, but a problem creator. I've received 4 other quotes from other shops and all 4 were broken down with a base price and additional cost per each feature. While they don't use the same words to describe a given feature (e.g. suede vs velvet finish coating), they represent an apples to apples output of the final product when in hand. Only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because Tim was a good guy and a creative problem solver. I went in today in regards to my hood wrap done here 6-6-2022. The hood wrap on my 2019 Camaro SS was done here at JC Printing 10 months ago July 2021. They did a good job on the wrap but a little pricey $800.00 for the hood. I was OK with paying for a good job that would at least last for 2 or 3 years but 10 months for $800.00 for wrapping my hood and it starts to get a rust burnt color that looks horrible that started about 8 months into it. They didn't care and said there isn't any kind of warranty and it's my problem. Who would pay for something that doesn't last but 8 months and pay this kind of money.. PS I never review people but this is not the way to run a business. Remember if you get stuff done by them there is NO WARRANTY. Now I need to pay someone to remove it. read more

Disappointed. I reached out on 11/6 to get a quote for a vehicle wrap. The quote and 50% deposit were taken quickly and I haven't heard back since and I've left multiple messages and emails. Our timeline was to have graphics approved and the wrap started the week of 11/27- it's now 11/30 and the only thing that has been completed is the quote and deposit.
