I ask a clarifying question if I need to sit if placing a to go order. Was told I needed to. That's all good. Places have their things and I'm all about that. What bugged me though was the barista then seemed annoyed at my existence and how dare I not know the rules. To that I say, don't assume everyone visiting your coffee shop is from your city, or even your state. She handed me my coffee, I said thank you, then she just proceeded to give me a crap attitude. Truly unnecessary. Giving it three stars because the latte is actually excellent. Service, not so much.

The draft lattes are always fun and have a real velvety soft texture that I enjoy. I love the bourbon vanilla most, which is interesting because I'm typically a caramel or mocha person, but the bourbon vanilla is a fun flavor that is pretty unique. The dragonfly is also worth a try for all the matcha fans out there! So so good. I get this at this location because o don't think it's available at the others. Whenever I post a picture of it, all my friends ask what it is because it's so mystical! I do feel like, especially with the location of this drive thru, there is a major lack of efficient with making folks download the app and order through it and not having the option to order at a window and pay onsite. There's a lot of business being missed because of that. It doesn't bother me, but I'm a millennial. My dad won't come here though because he doesn't want more apps than necessary on his phone. There's way too many older and retirement age folks who live in this area for this shop to not take orders regularly.

Also, they just changed their app and it cost a dollar to add a splash of cream or oat milk. I don't go here very often anymore. I like Topeca and their product, and I like cirques coffee.
