Such a fun little ice cream shop! Lots of flavors to choose from and different styles - sundaes,…read moremilkshakes, root beer floats & more! The ice cream is made with butterfat and is rich and flavorful. Prices are comparable with other places including chains, but here you're getting much better quality and friendlier service. Our sweet pup was allowed to accompany us inside and she got a whipped cream pup cup! They also sell lots of old fashioned candy and seasonal goodies. We will definitely be back!

General rule when rating a place is…read moreusually one star for service, one for prices, one for food quality, one for the how clean and nice the place is, and a 5th Star if you feel like the place is just overall great. One stars are for if the place fails at almost everything, or if the service is so rude and bad that you can't enjoy the place at all. Giving a place 1 star because they don't have your kind of ice cream is ridiculous. Ok rant over. As for this place. It's got a good selection of ice cream. I think it was about 12 flavors or so. I don't really expect every flavor on the planet in a small town or it wouldn't last. Unless you're super picky, It's got something for everyone. The service is super friendly, and prices are very fair. Multiple cone options / cup sizes. They sell banana splits, shakes, Italian sodas, root beer floats, all sorts of candies, taffy and more. The place is super clean and very very nicely decorated. Maybe more on the girly side, but I'm sure if you brought young boys to eat ice cream, they are not complaining the place had more of a girls room feel. Seems like a great place for a group of kids to go with parents at any time. Lots of little things to touch and get their hands on, so maybe not so great if you have a grabby kid under the age of 3 unless you want candy all over the store. . They do have crayons at each table though to help keep kids occupied. Overall nothing I could really complain about. When my kids good at school all week, it's a great place to reward her with.

Unfortunately, we found that the latest review was accurate, the others are not. It appears they renamed this place "Caroline's", possibly. There were not 30+ flavors of ice cream, and the few they did have sadly appeared freezer burned. The coffee set up looked nothing like earlier photos with tons of flavor options. Half the place is a small boutique? The employee was kind.

Instead of candy and a large selection of ice cream, they had boutiques goods, zero candy, and only 8 flavors of ice cream. The ice cream tasted freezer burned. Our children were thirsty (it's almost 90 degrees out) and wanted cups of water to go along with their ice cream but they had no cups. We had to leave and go to a fast food restaurant to get them some water. Before we could leave, a worker rudely accused our five year old of putting his mouth on a notepad that was for sale. We were all watching him and multiple adults never saw him put the notepad anywhere near his mouth. All in all, a very disappointing experience. If you want a sweet treat, go somewhere else.

Had to try the new place out in town so we went. Always up for a good cookie. We got the four-pack…read moreso we could try several different ones. We got the churro, waffle, gingersnap, and Twix. Loved the churro, by far our favorite of these four. The gingersnap had a great flavor as well. The Twix was ok. It was a good sugar cookie but just had crumbled Twix on top. If Twix is your favorite candy bar it would not disappoint. The waffle was disappointing. It didn't make me think of waffles when eating it. It just tasted like a plain sugar cookie with waffle marks and a dab of frosting on top to look like butter. I was expecting maybe a maple flavor in the cookie or at least in the dab of frosting on top. All the cookies were decent-sized and soft. Overall we enjoyed the sweet treats. I can see this place doing well here.

The service was friendly and professional, the shop cute, and the format is novel. I know these are popping up all over the US and many people love them but I simply did not like the cookies. We went in with friends who were raving about it and said they went in every week where they live in TX. So I was expecting something amazing. I like a cookie that's a little bit crisp and a little chewy. All the various we bought were thick and cake-like instead of the texture I prefer. I have to say the cookies were all pretty, and the topping was well applied but like a cake, they require a lot of frosting which was too much for me. Most people cut the cookies in quarters because they are too rich. Again, evidence for me that they are too thick, dense, and cake-like. They even sell a four-way cookie cutter for you to take home. To me if a cookie is so rich I have to cut it up in pieces it's too thick and too large. You know how you can bake cookies at home and if you let yourself you could eat a plate of them? Or buy a bag of mini cookies at the gas station, or from the cookie shops in the mall and eat them by yourself? That's how cookies should be to me. Obviously, most people disagree considering how popular this place is. If you're a big fan of cupcakes I think you might love Crumbl. If you like cookies as you bake at home, the way grandma bakes them, at a mall-style cookie shop, or prefer a firmer, crips-edged but chewy inside this might not be your favorite place. But give them a try, they have different flavors every week and clever variations.

It all tasted the same. Too loose consistency. The "butter cream" tasted like it was made of Crisco. It was terrible. Chocolate frosting was terrible and their "fillings" weren't that. It was the same terrible "butter cream". The cake was way too dry. Couldn't even cut it without it falling apart into a massive pile of crumbs. It was hard to get down. The vanilla tasted like an overly eggy, super cheap box mix. Fake vanilla flavor. It was the worse tasting vanilla cake I have ever tasted. Even my dad hated it and he loves cake. It was so bad I wanted to teach them how to make a cake. Give them some tips and pointers. I mean. How hard is it to go on Pinterest and watch YouTube videos!?! Then maybe they will learn how to do a cake. The chocolate cake was a basic meh cake. The spiced cake was ok. But again the crumb was terrible. It was like eating sand. The only saving Grace was the pumpkin cake. It was underbaked, but it was at least edible and enjoyable.... Until we paired with the frosting. And then it was ruined. I was in tears at the thought of this bakery being our only option for our wedding. We already wasted $25 for a tasting. Luckily we pushed back the wedding now have proper time to look for a bakery who does cakes from scratch and not from boxer mix. I won't have to worry about anyone getting sick because of the Crisco and sugar paste. Or having someone inhale the crumbs and I have to do CPR at the wedding.
