Just completed my third hunt this year (2017) at Native Hunt Enterprises. Over two days I shot three pigs. Not monsters but decent sizes. There are monster boars here if that's what you want. Attached is a photo of the boar my friend Frank shot a year ago. It weighed over 500 lbs and six feet in length. Mike, Duane, Jason are all fabulous guides and hosts. I obviously like it here and wouldn't think of hunting for California boars anywhere else. The negative reviews posted here don't sound right to me and my friends. We hunt with Native Hunt a lot. Mike and his team are by far the best wild game experience I've ever had. First off, they know their stuff. Their ranch has everything you can think of (trucks, ATVs, Rangers, Trained Dogs, Cabins, Outdoor Kitchen, etc.). If someone wrote a bad review, I guarantee you they never met Mike. An experience of a life time. I learned so much about real hunting in the wild. Wild pigs are extremely smart and hard to kill. The owner Mr. Riddle and the guide Duane put me on pigs each time we went out, but you got to be dead on with a head shot to kill these animals. In the evenings when we gathered around the camp fire, the conversations, and to be able to get away from life's issues are what makes hunting great above and beyond the actual killing of an animal. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES. They take your deposit check, cash it. They will then proceed to cancel the hunt and will refuse to refund you the money. $650 in the trash because of the most shady business practices I have ever seen. This place is a total scam. read more

In May 2015 Native Hunt took a $900 check as a deposit for a wild boar hunt. They then claimed the check was lost. They canceled the hunt. In 2017 they negotiated the check, provided no services and refuse to return my funds. read more

worst ranch ever hunted. we went to hunt bison. drove 12 hours to sit at the gate,no show,had to get hotel. was not told we needed any licenses before hand, so we spent half a day driving around to find somewhere to get one. rush back to the ranch just to sit around. we arranged to hunt 2 cow bison but that changed to 2 bulls later. cool,head out to discover there are not as many animals on property as told and they are very small. unable to safely harvest we return to camp,plan to get up at 4:30. everyone sleeps in the same bunkhouse, woke up at 6:45,everyone was still sleeping. get ready,we just stand around looking for our guides. then micheal shows up tells us to pack up and leave, his words"no questions no answers just leave" what?? read more
