I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong

We are on the road in our trailer moving from Washington state to Georgia. We called when we were an hour west of Missoula to make an appointment for the next morning. Dale met us at the shop that night and was underneath the trailer in the dark, dirt and 33 degree weather. He couldn't find the issue so we met him the next morning at the shop. He found the issue and we were on our way within thirty minutes with a very reasonable bill. This is an old report but I figure I should share - Really wanted to Love these guys as they're…read morepersonable and probably trying to do a great job but I had them ruin a set of $1000 batteries when they left lights on and my rig was unplugged. I came in the shop and found the batteries at 0%. They said if I didn't want my batteries dead I'd need to get a solar charger. This just didn't make sense since I left the rig in their care for several weeks. At least own the fact that the batteries were nuked!

We had a "Happily Ever After" event for 50 at our home on October 4th. It was held outside…read morehowever, due to covid. And I am so pleased with how easy everything was that we rented for our event! Based on their excellent website, I had a good idea of what we would need...a soundsystem for our music, a cordless microphone because it's hard to hear outside, a raised square platform for two people to stand on, a bouncehouse for the kiddos (bonus they had a castle shaped one for our Happily Ever After theme!), a dozen wooden benches to put on the riverside deck for seating, and chalkboard arrow signs showing the way. It only took 10 minutes in person, plus a deposit to get it all reserved. They called closer to my event to remind & assure that all was on schedule. They arrived with their professional truck 2 days before my event and delivered it all, showing me how everything worked. The written instructions for the boucehouse were helpful and it was easy-peezy to put it up (it also came with it's own tarp, stakes, and large cushiony cube to enter it easily). The helpful delivery guys gave me a quick tutorial on the soundsystem...that also was easy-peezy come showtime. (We just made a pandora playlist and played it through a cellphone, another person made a Spotify list and that was used after) The written instructions in the cordless microphone case made that process just as seamless (people could hear us just fine, even being able to speak over the music--hello karaoke later!) The benches were lovely to use during the ceremony, then transitioned easily to our eating tables, and then later around the firepit. All the rental prices were extremely reasonable and it just couldn't have been any easier. All we had to do was make sure the bouncehouse stayed dry! After our event, we left everything stacked safely in our driveway right next to the house, and they came and picked it up while we were at the airport seeing family off. Talk about convenient! If I ever have need to rent anything again, they're going to be my first call. Their website is extremely handy to see what they have! Thank you so much for making our special day that much more special. We couldn't have done it without you =)

When it arrived, it had been damaged in transit (no fault of A7's, just some bad luck). The front wheel was bent beyond repair and, because I had an organized ride through Glacier the day after it arrived, there wasn't enough time to order a new one and no other shop in town had a suitable replacement. I was desperate and seemingly without options. So Travis lent me the front wheel of his personal bike. I offered to reimburse him for the ad hoc rental, and he politely declined. The result was an awesome bike trip, completely saved by A7. None of it would have happened without the ingenuity and generosity of this shop. If you're in town, I highly recommend A7.
