I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your location. As a regular customer at Native Roots, I have always appreciated the inclusive atmosphere until my last experience, which I found unsettling and reflective of unconscious bias. I accompanied my adopted sister, who was treated rudely by the bud tender, Charity, simply for presenting a physical ID right after I showed my digital id. Despite my medical card, Charity refused to acknowledge it during the transaction and appeared condescending about the store's new management. The inconsistencies in the processes feel unprofessional, and confusing. Her inappropriate remarks about my sister's presence were not only unnecessary for "moral support" but left both of us uncomfortable. Such behavior does not align with the values I expect from your establishment. I hope you will address this matter, as it deeply affects customer retention and loyalty. My experience here left me inclined to leave my first Yelp review!! I've only smoked a few times but wanted to purchase a little for myself. I chose Native Roots and am glad I did. I steered away from edibles (maybe next time), even though they did have an enticing selection as I was mainly interested in the weed. I know the basics like Sativa vs. Indica, but I didn't know anything about CBD's or why I was getting paranoid from the Sativa strains. My budtender answered my questions honestly because she even suggested a strain priced lower than the one I initially wanted. The prices were a little more than I expected, and there was a line, but I'm still giving five stars because I felt like the customer service more than made up for it. I got the Glass Apple, and the budtender was right! Even as a Sativa, it didn't produce any paranoia!!! Thanks Native Roots, I enjoyed my first recreational visit! read more

I went to Native Roots Boulder last week, and I had one of my best experiences since moving here. I still think legal weed is pretty crazy and this is all a dream sometimes. The feel of Native Roots is very professional and calming. It feels like you are shopping for a really exclusive product, but at the same time the budtenders make you feel really comfortable, not rushed, and they really care about your experience. My budtender's name was Nate and he gave me tons of information on THC sativa patches. He was very helpful and able to recommend the best product for me. I'll definitely be going back! read more

A bit hard to find, but well worth the search. A clean, well lit and tidy space awaits those who take the time to search out this store, as well as some of the best legal bud to be had! I loved their baklava and their Glass Apple was outrageous! Normally, in any other industry, I'd bitch about the prices, but this is weed. When I decided to try out Native Roots Dispensary down the street from where I work I was recieved with courtesy and respect. Not having an extensive knowledge-base about cannabis, It was very helpful and informative when their budtender Zack patiently walked me through the potency of edibles and the characteristics of indica and sativa. I will recommended this dispensary to other employees who work near or on the mall and need a friendly place to buy their cannabis. read more

Ben is a true asset to your company. He is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and is just the nicest guy. I visit on Fridays and wait until Ben is available. Love the dispensary and product, and there is never a rush at the counter even with a line. You tell them what your needs and they suggest the right product. This is my second time around visiting this store. It was just like the first time I was there. Amazingly informative staff that made me feel comfortable and gave me an experience I couldn't forget. I'm not sure where the fans are coming from, but as a Boulder resident I would recommend the fate of shopping here to no one. 20 dollars a gram? Maybe for shatter.
