One of the best coffees I've had in Mexico! We got the cafe de olla latte and enjoyed every single drop. Place is super cozy and modern and the service was helpful and the baristas knowledgeable. Will definitely go back next time.

I crossed the border and this was such a good rest stop before I got picked up. The horchata latte was pretty good, but didn't stand out. The space was awesome though. 5 stars for the cute cat that sits with you.

Cute spot, and we'll made coffee.

If you are in the med area in search of a good cup, come here~! Stumbled on this spot passing through the med area of town and was pleasantly surprised how nice the space and coffee was. The guy behind the counter was friendly and made a good espresso heavy latte. The space was inviting enough that i sat for a bit to work even though i wasn't planning to. Great pricing for a good cup of coffee, and even had a fun lazy cat laying around as the cafe mascot (dig it).

Perfect place to stop for a coffee before crossing the border. There's farmers markets in the area on weekends too and Nativo has some great specials then. Enjoying a Farmers Market drip v60 from Michoacan right now. It's usually hot but I asked for "frio" so got it on ice for a hot day. :) Super cute cafe, friendly staff, and so tasty!

Nice little coffee shop in the estacion federal building, 1 block west of the new ped-west crossing into USA. I had the special of the day, smores coffee, and it had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like. They do have parking in front and bike parking too.

Great flavor and lots of variety in their drinks. Had the indie-o with soy and it was perfect.

One glance at top coffee spots in the area and we were sold on Malvia! We called an Uber to take us over. Once dropped off on Avenida Revolución we read in other reviews that the shop can be a challenge to find - but we are a persistent bunch and figured it out. Here are simple directions to locate it: find the gastropub La Justina on Revolucion and walk down the stairs to the left of it. Then proceed forward until you see the unmistakably unique and cute decor of Malvia on the left. There are several tables outside then the coffee bar space at the store front. All the drinks looked delightful and it was a tough decision to select just one drink. A friend opted for an iced drink with coconut and espresso, I chose the "Dorado" which featured turmeric. It was sumptuous and refreshing - with a gold appearance from the turmeric. The espresso was tasty and there was just the right amount of sweetness. Super refreshing and highly recommended. Service was kind and prices are super reasonable. The sitting area was unique too - there's other neat stores in the area and the temperature was nice since we were underground. Overall, Malvia was excellent and definitely worth checking out. Thanks for the memorable experience!

The first few times I had come to grab a coffee, Malvia was either closed or I was just unable to find them. If you are using Google Maps my best advice is to get to the corner of Madero and Third and enter one of several doors which will lead you into a large market style space. Malvia is about a shoe-boxed sized cafe in Zona Centro. There are several tables in the front with seating for probably around twenty. On the afternoon of a June day I visited and ordered an iced latte. It was 45 pesos and probably around twenty ounces. It was very delicious and I was happy to sip on it while I walked to Gastro Telefonica. Malvia definitely fits into to the Tijuana craft coffee scene and I highly recommend you stop by to try out a caffeinated drink.

The menu options were simple, i don't know if making a concoction of flavors was possible but it didn't show. I like bitterness in my coffee and this had just a hint of it. We tried the mazapán and Mexican mocha, they were both good. Again, i prefer the stronger coffee flavor so for me it was subtle but still good. The flavor of mazapán was there but again, subtle. They were not overly sweet which I liked. We also tried a s'mores puerquito cookie which was also not overly sweet and good flavor. I will be back and ask if I could have my coffee made stronger, hopefully this helps! Our total for 2 coffees (hot and cold) and a puerquito was $14.50 Food/Coffee:**** Service:**** Ambiance:*

Now I get to go sit in less traffic with a smile on my face and a warm cuppa Joe in my hand Of course I had to order two different recipes. I got the cinnamon dolce and the rosemary iced latte. They are both perfectly made with the perfect amount of coffee to sugar ratio. She also had milk alternatives for me, so I got both with oat milk! Not to mention her website was so professional, and easy to use. Thanks again I hope your business thrives! Can't wait to come back next time I need a good coffee close to CBX! PS I'm buying two rosemary iced lattes next time!
