We have been using their services for over 4 years and we are noticing now that some issues are amendments to our taxes due to errors from this EA. There's been no direct contact with Julia, but we have been working with Anne Dunisch so it's kind of confusing about who has been doing our taxes mother or daughter ( who I'm assuming is Julia ), and not sure if the daughter is licensed as an EA also. So it's something to consider before you use their services.

My son and I have both searched high and low in his house to see if indeed the forms were returned but misplaced, but neither one of us has been able to locate any of the forms. Not a very professional attitude on their part, and not taking responsibility for losing the information. At least own up to your mistakes and really try to search for our records. Don't just wave us off as unimportant. It's important to us.
