The babies in their care were involved in the wedding ceremony so the two nannies were on site to get them nestled in the wagon and then took them back up to the residence once their role in the wedding was over. They were great sports about being down at the ceremony and seemed very willing to do whatever was asked of them to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. I tried to book from Thurs-Sun starting at 11amThurs and ending at 1pm on Sun. For the next few days i checked the website and no candidates applied. I got nervous and called, left a message. No call back. Booked another weekend and same thing. I called and acted like i was just trying to get info/ become new member and got Cristina. She explained that it needed to be put in a certain way for 24hr continuous care and she would fix it. After a few more days only a couple days of the 4 were booked so i called once again nervous that there was not going to be someone available to watch my children. I got Cristina again, who assured me everything is fine that they book the nannies a week before. I explained my frustration and nervousness, and how important it is that i am able to go to work, and she said everything will be fine. Fast forward another week, now its 3 days before i leave. I still have not heard from anyone at LOL nannies, so i call at 9:15am asking when i will be able to meet the nannies, go over the schedules, the home equipment and appliances, etc... the girl asks if i want a virtual meeting??!! I asked for an in person meeting, she said she would have to get back with me. 6hrs later i get a call from Cristina and its not good. She passed the buck and never checked back in the booking. It was incorrectly booked for only 2 hrs a day!! Its a good thing my neighbor could help because this failure would have cost my company$100s of thousands and $30k to me personally! She told me she was on vacation but assured me we were confirmed. She asks me to email her (again) because she can't find me email. She did not seem to be entirely coherent and mistakenly called me back later trying to book an appointment with a psychic. All this was strange and made me uncomfortable, but as she would not be the one caring for my child and hoped that I could vet the sitter she connected us with. She sent me a standard confirmation email at 9pm that night but it did not include the sitter details and it stated I would be introduced to the sitter the day before which obviously did not happen. When I followed up about this, I was told the sitter was injured and she needed to find someone else. Only upon my following up with her 30 minutes prior to my scheduled reservation, does she inform me that she could not find anyone. No attempt to make things right or offer another option (we were flexible). This "service" is completely useless.
