We had a good initial meeting the head landscaper and we asked for multiple things to be done. The initial price quoted seemed fair and we were anxious to get it done. He seemed to want us to do part of what we were asking through him and not the company he is working for. Once they arrived they fulfilled half of what we asked for and left. We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. I'd strongly suggest avoiding them in the future.

He estimated the work would take 2 1/2 days, and offered a very fair price for a lot of work by any definition. Pedro and his guys worked efficiently, safely, cleanly, and courteously. They powered through the work (some of which was very precarious with large limbs overhanging a neighbor's house.) Was the work equipment loud? Sure. Was the work messy? Yup. But, the team minimized the noise by only firing up the chipper when necessary (I've lived through other tree companies that leave the chipper running throughout the entire day), and raking & blowing the debris throughout the day. They completed the job ahead of schedule. And, the entire property looks spectacular. They did a phenomenal job! Two thumbs up from this very satisfied customer. Give Pedro a call.
