Not just with the massage, but by my whole time spent with Donna. I had been having both neck and upper back pain for a number of months. I came to have a massage to help alleviate the tightness for a few days or so. Donna asked me questions about the source of the pain, exact location, and how it has progressed over the past few months. She really made the experience personalized so she would target the exact problem areas. During the session, she focused a deep tissue massage on the sore spots to really help loosen them up. The hour I had been scheduled for seemed like 15 minutes with how relaxed I was. She then gave me tips for future reference to help prevent the muscle spasms including stretches I could do at home.
