As our sites have grown and developed over the past six years, we have been incredibly happy with the quality of product and level of service provided by the HeroWeb team. Between 2005 and 2011, our sites were built and managed by Dive In Designs, which used Mighty Merchant software and hosted sites with HeroWeb exclusively. When Dive In Designs owner Laura McClain decided to pursue other interests, we were slightly concerned that the sites absorbed into HeroWeb would not receive the same level of personalized service we had come to expect from Dive In. Thankfully, our fears were totally unjustified. HeroWeb is a local company, so we are fortunate to have the ability to conference face-to-face with Michael, Stacey and their team members.
