I came to her 3 months ago with a long list of off symptoms (hormonal issues) I've been experiencing for a long time. She was so kind, listened and truly took in everything I was worried about. She explained what was happening and discussed an action plan on how to get things running smoothly again with my body. She mentioned it could take about 3 months. She was absolutely right! I had been wanting to try Acupuncture for myself after I saw the amazing results on my dog who gets regular Acupuncture treatments from his Vet. I'm glad I found Natural Healing Wellness Center, I first dealt with Eliziane for my consultation, she was very thorough with my health history and concerns, she is very friendly and professional and made me very comfortable getting my first acupuncture treatment, she is very gentle and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease so much that I am now going on a regular basis. I also had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who is the Massage Therapist and she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had, she knew my problem areas just by looking at how I walk and sit, she does an amazing full body massage and really works the problem areas and will apply as much pressure as you are comfortable with. The office is very Zen like, relaxing, modern, clean and comfortable, it has a relaxing Spa feel to it. They have 3 private treatment areas and 1 large group area where they also offer group acupuncture, I haven't tried it myself but it is a room with separate recliners where people can get acupuncture done with other people in the room at a discounted rate. They also have group Meditation on Tuesdays at 7:30. The staff is all women, they are all very professional and very friendly, the also offer Facials, B12 shots and weight management treatments, also they will work with your Insurance if it allows for acupuncture, it doesn't hurt to have them check, I had no idea mine covered it. I was definitely a skeptic in regards to acupuncture. Irene has changed my mind 100%. I have had excruciating neck pain for a few days. Not only could did I have an extremely limited range of motion, but I also had severe pain from my shoulder blade to the base of my skull. Irene got me in last minute, made me feel 100% comfortable and worked her magic. It did not hurt... in fact, I fell asleep during the 30 minutes that the needles were in. Her prices are reasonable, especially considering how quickly I see results! I will definitely be budgeting this from now on to prevent it from happening again. I'm a believer! read more

I love going to Dr. Garcia's office! I was recommended to her from my boss after getting off birth control and struggling with migraines and anxiety. I didn't realize my body was completely out of order and it's so nice to be able to get acupuncture for it. I hate all medication and was relieved that there were natural solutions for my hormonal imbalance. I think of my sessions as time to pamper myself- I always feel so relaxed and peaceful when I leave their office, and my husband has enjoyed seeing this side of me. I feel normal again, and I'm only halfway through treatment. The changes made to my diet, teas, vitamins have all been worth every penny.. I was reluctant to try acupuncture because I'm afraid of needles. Yes, I have tattoos but I had a weird phobia for just blood tests up until recently. I've been researching acupuncture and its benefits are wonderful. It's good for pain and stress relief. In conjunction to chiropractic adjustments, I wanted to give acupuncture a shot as well. I searched my other favorite website, Groupon, and found the cheapest deal at the time. Natural Healing was offering a $28 special for community acupuncture. I said score! I don't mind trying it for the first time around other people. I made the appointment and got right in. When I got to the office, it smelled very nice, like an incense and it was very clean. The woman that practiced acupuncture on me was very nice and knowledgeable. She had me fill out a form and took me to the community room with a bunch of recliners. There were nobody else there in the room which I didn't mind. She asked me the basic health questions and then proceeded to insert the fine needles. It feels like a pinch and not the most pleasant feeling. There are about 20 to 30 needles placed from my scalp to my feet;certain spots hurt more than others. She then turned off the light and put some zen music on for me to relax for about 45 minutes. About 10 minutes in, I feel so relaxed and in a state of euphoria. It's the weirdest thing but it feels so good! The feeling of ecstasy definitely outweighs the initial minor needles pricks. Trust me, if I can do it, you can too lol. Give acupuncture a chance if you have chronic pain and/or stress. I'm going to give this a test run and I'm hoping this will heal my sports related neck and wrist injuries! read more

It was my first time using Accupunture. I went a little bite afraid because I did not believe in that. In fact, I was referred by a friend, who told me the benefits in pain; and my mother has join pain(back, knee) etc) and osteoporosis! To tell you a short history. I work next door to this office and after 2 1/2 yrs I've finally decided to give them a try. I've been very reluctant to go sooner because I felt that my condition couldn't be treated by acupuncture and massage.. Boy was I WRONG.. Upon entering the office I was greeted by the owner Fabiola Medeiros. What a warm, beautiful ,charming woman. I explained to her that I have a structural issue With my neck and didn't know if any of the services they offered could help. She suggested I try acupuncture and massage. I've never done acupuncture and new nothing about it. She had educated me in terms that I could understand on what acupuncture is and what it can do. The treatment room was very clean and comfortable. The procedure itself I found to be very relaxing. Shortly after the procedure I noticed all the tension I had In my shoulders was gone. I had also received a massage from Michelle. I had explained my issues to her. And she addressed them all. to She also explained to me everything that she was going to do and how this was going to benefit me.. She also gave me some exercises I can do at home. I've never had a massage or education like the one that she gave me. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Fabiola!!!! I was in terrible sciatic nerve back pain, with one of my legs tingling, having to drive around and care for my two kids while my husband was out of town.
