I had a back spasm for the first time in my life a month ago. I was effectively bedridden for three and a half weeks. I decided to see a Chiropractor based on a friends recommendation who is a long term patient. The office is excellent, located in the Montrose area of Houston. The staff is great; efficient and attentive. Before a consultation they take you to a "therapy room" where you get electro therapy that acts like a massage and a heating pad to relax your muscles. The next step is to see the doctor. I walked into the office and at that time I was in extreme back pain. He did an assessment, explained my situation and possible causes and the gave me an adjustment. Within a period of 48 hours he has been able to reduce my pain to a point where it's hardly noticeable. (Although I still have soreness which was expected) I can not recommend them enough. read more

Dr Baca Is my functional medicine doctor and chiropractor. His knowledge of biochemistry is vast. He's also looking at the big picture and doesn't just treat my lab results. Really friendly staff. Always have great adjustments. They offer theraphies including, stem, ultra sound, Lazar, and more. Not to mention a large variety of supplements. They take insurance and if your insurance doesn't cover chiropractor it's $50 cash pay which includes theraphies and adjustments. We were originally referred to a a different place but it was so unorganized, the staff was rude and unprofessional, and worst of all it was extremely unsanitary. I initaly started going to Natural health after I had gotten T-boned in a very bad car wreck but I am now a client for life. Not only do they do the usual back and neck care, they were also able to help me with my knee (torn ACL and Meniscus). Too many good things to say about these guys. Dr. Mitchell is a Life Saver!! When I first went to see him in July 2015, I was basically hoping to find some relief from lower back and knee pain. Little did I know that he would immediately notice that I was a very sick lady and heal not only my back, but also my WHOLE BODY!! A year ago in 2014, I lost both of my parents.
