Joe and Francisco especially went above and beyond with amazingly great attitudes on Christmas Eve. That they even had to work that day pissed me off, but they and their people in the office were dedicated to get this project in service before the end of the year. I would never have expected anyone to work on Christmas Eve. I am grateful that they did. I have already told many people about our unacceptable experience with our contractor, and have dropped the BRDA name more as the people to take care of their solar projects as well as any other electrical needs they may have. We had to pause the project due to yard project that would have to be completed to then install a brand new lighting system. In the interim we asked Sully to come fix our existing system so that we had time to complete the first project. I was extremely clear that we did not want to spend over the small budget I had set aside for repairs. Telling him that we did not have to move forward with the repairs if he felt he could not do it for the budget I set aside. I even called him during the repairs to ensure we I was totally understood. All the while he gave me the "don't worry I understand. I'll work within your budget." I was shocked seeing the invoice come across my inbox. He totally took advantage of my trust and went for a money grab. Needless to say we will never use him and I will definitely be alerting the neighborhood.
