I was seeking therapy for PTSD and found this practice on the web. After the initial consultation,…read moreI returned to the office to review my options and see what the recommend treatment plan was. The total cost was $7200.00 for treatment (out of pocket insurance does not cover any cost) and I had to decide on the spot, that day if I wanted the services or not. When asked if I could have time to think about it first, I was told no. I was promised that 6 months of therapy was like 7 years of psychiatric therapy. Out of desperation I elected to take the therapy offered. Over the next 3 months of weekly appointments, I was given over 25 different supplements; some I only took for two or three weeks. I laid on a table and had different little bottles placed on my chest. After 10 minutes, I was given a list of what supplements to take and then put on a machine that swayed me from side to side. Only four actual appointments addressed the different traumas I had experienced throughout my life, and I was asked to put my hands in weird positions, then asked to embrace the moment of trauma, not how to release it, feel better, stop obsessing over it or strategies to decrease my depression/PTSD. I put my trust in the doctor, and it was an absolute failure. I called the office and told them I was not coming in anymore, expressed my reasons why and was refunded $1900. I do not recommend this practice. It was a waste of time and money.

But for the last three years, I've lived with daily pain that no medicine could touch. At my first appointment with Dr Paddock, he listened to what was going on with me over the years and reviewed the years of lab work I brought in for him to see. He then ordered a few labs at a conventional provider (Lab Corp). The new labs showed I had an active virus, and some other endocrine and vitamin deficiencies that the conventional specialists had not considered testing for. Dr Paddock recommended a few natural supplements, a safe herbal based sleep medicine, and a referral to an expert chiropractor for women's musculoskeletal issues. Starting within two weeks of his treatment plan, most of my joint and back pain and sciatica had vanished, plus I regained the energy and mental sharpness that I thought I'd lost forever. I highly recommend this smart, insightful, and caring doctor. While I am still in touch with my conventional MDs, I feel that this naturopathic approach to health has really worked for me, and I will be a patient of Dr. Paddock for years to come.

I've seen Dr. Paddock over the last two years to receive my constitutional homeopathic remedy and have noticed great improvements in my stress levels, feeling of well-being, and some skin complaints that I had since I was a kid. I've had lots of other doctors and counselors treat me in the past, which have all helped, but the homeopathic remedy that Dr Paddock prescribes completes the treatments and gets at a deeper level of healing in my opinion. Dr. Paddock's visits are great because he doesn't rush me and I feel well-cared for. He gives nutrition and exercise counseling as part of his whole picture of advice. He's very professional and remembers me each visit, which means a lot from a doctor. He works with my other providers too, which makes for a nice team. I can also schedule appointments online through his website. Overall, a great experience.

The energy of her space was absolutely perfect for CST: dim lighting, calm/meditative music, and a blanket to keep me warm during the session. As for Erin, she has such a calm, warm, accepting, and healing presence about her, that simply being around her makes me feel better! Every session I have had has been 1 hour, and every visit has been a completely different experience in regards to what emotionally, mentally, and physically manifests throughout the session. What I appreciate most about Erin is that she talks with me after the session is over to see how I am feeling. For me, her personal investment in my well being is what makes the experience that much more meaningful, and what sets her apart as a craniosacral therapist. I honestly cannot recommend her enough! If you are at all interested in CST, please book an appointment with her ASAP!
