My Background: I have been a "spiritual seeker" for the last 15 or so years. I have read dozens of spiritual books, attended countless seminars, and researched many different spiritual modalities. A huge plus was that her material and tools were all clean and tidy. She sent me a questionnaire which helped prep her before my appointment. It was my first time getting acupuncture so I was a bit nervous about bruising and pain. I opted for the facial acupuncture and cupping. The needles are very thin so it doesn't hurt at all. She really listened and cared about my skin concerns. After 2 relaxing hours, my skin looked so bright and even. I noticed less redness around my nose (my problem area).
