I had a consultation with Dr. Cabazolo at Natural Results Chiropractic yesterday and, in a nutshell, I'm highly impressed. My Mother-in-Law, Father-in-Law and husband are all patients of his but as someone who didn't really think I needed to go, I wasn't really paying attention whenever any of them would rave about his services. I don't think I necessarily had a pre-conceived notion of WHAT a chiropractic office visit was comprised of, but I surely never expected the experience that I had. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and downright fun to talk to. I've never laughed so much during an appointment in my life and was actually a bit sad when I had to leave. Dr. C is the consummate professional who puts you at ease but also does an excellent job explaining what he was doing, what my results were and what the next steps would be if I chose to come back for another appointment. As a former runner (hey, I was a track star!), I was surprised to learn that my arch was practically non-existent (what?!) and that I had swelling in my lower back. Of course, I want to do whatever possible to ensure that I take the steps necessary to correct what I can. I'm reviving my love of running in a couple of months and feel fortunate to have Dr. Cabazolo and his staff in my corner as I return to running. Even if you don't THINK that anything is wrong, it can't hurt to make an appointment for a free consultation. I came to Dr. Scott in February after a snow shoveling related injury and could barely walk. He and his staff took great care of me, allowing me to schedule therapy visits as often as needed. The x-rays showed a twist in my hip and there was some nerve issue. Through painless adjustments with a cool little tool (he only manually adjusted my back two or three times in the past six months) and some massage therapy and electro-stim, I am not feeling better than I have in years. Seriously, his treatment style works! If you're afraid of chiropractors, ignore the scare stories you may have heard. Even if manual adjustment is needed, he does it painlessly! Most of his technique is using a tool that does micro vibrations to adjust the spine and it really does correct the problems without the scary cracking that people are afraid of having done to them. I know I wouldn't be walking right now if it wasn't for their personal care. I felt like I mattered and that I wasn't just a number, but a member of the family during each visit!
