BEWARE! DON'T BE FOOLED!…read more Discussed gluing their engineered HW to our concrete floor: "No problem, we'll use whatever glue you want", picked stain, steps needed too. Made mistake of trusting workmen: 2/3 way through job, found they did NOT spead glue over entire surface before lYing floow, but only squished a single line of adhesive. LAID adhesive line so far ahead of wood that it was dry by the time it was laid. ohviously the floor didn't stick from day 1. They stained the floor, but put no finish or sealer on it. "You can just do that" THATS what I paid YOU to do!! They stained the steps in MY GARAGE! you can see the runs in the stain. The stain is Too Dark on the stairs. Also NO finish on stars. They look very DRY!! They wanted me to sign-off on a job well done. NO! Not goin to to sign that! Had to let it be for awhile as wife needed surgery. Called store: : "Oh YES SIR, We will fix or replace!" Didn't happen, called back, : "I'll call right away", didn't happen,. i called them, visited the store and texted for over 2 MONTHS - NOTHING but LIES. WORK IS CRAP OFFICE LIES! DO NOT USE!
