I told her that I wanted her to focus on shoulders and neck and that equated to a lot of rolling with her hands and oil in that area rather than slow intentional attention on that area working out the kinks. I always request the lady there who really knows what she's doing and is very considerate of what you need and will ask multiple times if you are comfortable with the pressure she's applying, on my last visit I had the 50 min back massage which is everything from the neck to the toes and then flip over for extra attention on the neck.
