Wow I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm very surprised to find that I have not done a review. I usually just call them up and they basically get me in immediately! Or whenever is convenient for me which is so awesome obviously, I try to visit them once a month and will typically get the 30 back, neck and shoulder massage which is always well worth it for only $40! I always request the lady there who really knows what she's doing and is very considerate of what you need and will ask multiple times if you are comfortable with the pressure she's applying, on my last visit I had the 50 min back massage which is everything from the neck to the toes and then flip over for extra attention on the neck. This was the best massage I've ever had, and I really like that towards the end of any massage you purchase they also use a hot stone treatment which is just included in the price. If you're looking for a great massage from an experienced therapist at a very fair price, I absolutely recommend this location of Happy Feet! read more

Apparently massage places like "this" one don't cater to their customers. I called for a massage of my hands. However, all they would tell me was foot or whole body massage was available. I kept telling them. No. Can you do a massage for hands. They continued. No. Wow. You can't to a request? It might be better if English was spoken. This is very similar to all the other Chinese massage places in the DFW area. Go with the 1 hour for $30 foot massage and it will be well worth your money. I did have a few qualms about this place that stemmed from the open area concept rooms: (1) The rooms have an extremely thin wall openly connected to the front receptionist area, so every time a person comes in, you can definitely hear the chatter. With no music in the background, this made it very distracting. (2) Additionally, usually massage rooms are darker, but because of the open concept, there was a lot of light coming in, so it was harder to keep my eyes closed. (3) Also, if there are people talking, you can hear each and every single word they're saying. Sorry frat boys, I don't like hearing about the girl you texted last night. Please be considerate and keep quiet so everyone around you can enjoy their massages. I would recommend the owners remind everyone to turn their phones on silent before going in as well as putting signs up saying that this is a quiet area. As horrible as these problems sound, this place still gets four stars though because even with all these distractions, the massage guy I had was one of the best I have had in a while and its a great price. He knew exactly where my knots were and took more time on the trouble spots I had in my back. ================ If you've never had a hour chinese foot massage, I thought I'd give you a quick run through of it. I remember being confused the first time I went in (and I am super bored right now), so here's a super long version of what goes down: Tips Beforehand: (1) Take off all your jewelry - earrings, necklace, and ring. (2) Wear loose clothing like workout clothes. (3) Hang your keys/coat on the coat rack and place your phone (ON SILENT) on the little table next to you. For typing's sake, I'll say "she" as the masseuse. But it could easily be a guy. (1) She comes in with a tub full of tea hot water, in which you will soak your feet in. (2) You lay down and she will place a towel over you. (3) She starts massaging your face and skull with lotion. (5 min) (4) She will move on to your shoulders, skin to skin contact. But you never have to take off your shirt during any part of the massage. (5 min) (5) She will lastly move on to your neck. (5 min) (6) She'll cover your eyes with a small towel. (7) She'll work on each arm/armpit area. (5 min) (8) She'll remove your feet from the water and start massaging your legs. (30 min) (9) She'll cover your legs with hot towels and clean the lotion off. (9) She'll stretch out your thighs and legs. (10) Then you'll flip and she'll do your back/neck. I would've given them at least 4 stars for the good massage but I saw something I wish I hadn't. They DON'T change the towels! I was in the same room as another customer and when she left, the owner (or I think the owner) came in, folded up the towels and placed it back on the massage chair. I was disgusted to say the least. Many naked bodies have touched the same towels we're using and that is extremely unhygienic. Grossed out completely. I really want to like this place but can't. read more

I've been to several foot Spas now and feel ready to start reviewing them. So far this has been the very best experience I've had. $35 for 60 minutes, which is slightly more than other places I have been. Starts with a foot soak and it looked like they actually add something to the water b/c it was blue. While your feet soak you have your face, scalp and neck massaged. I absolutely love this, it helps my sinuses drain soo much. Then he moved to my arms and hands. Next he removed my feet from the water dried them and began the very best reflexology foot massage. Then you roll over onto your stomach and have your back massaged. So amazing! I love that instead of one big room with all the massage chairs, there are several rooms for just two people with half walls and curtain doorways. Very relaxing environment, low lights, soft Asian music. Best massage I have gotten!! read more

I have given it a few days to wright this review. The day of my dad, my wife and I went to Happy Feet for some relaxation. This was not our first time we have been there. On our first visit the it was a rough massage I enjoy a deep tissue message but it was rough by my standards. This last and final time we went i told therm to take easy this time then they proceeded to beat the crap out of me. I am not a small guy I am 6'2 280 played ball for years, but the guy i had i swear was trying to hurt me. I told him multiple time to take it easy. Here we are a few days later and i am still feeling the pain. My wife and an equally jacked up experience was asked to take her shirt and bra off was made to feel very uncomfortable . it is of my opinion that these people dont know what they are doing nor are trained. I love it here! Never once had a bad massage. Sure you compromise the private room option but it's still awesome. I've been to this location at least once every two weeks for the past year and never had any awkward encounters. I always go for the 30 minute foot and 30 minute back. Perfect. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the seats/tables they put you in. A little too hard, but then again can't really complain for the bargain they offer! The first time my family and I went everyone loved it beside my husband because the guy trying "beating the sh*t" out of him. We came back for another go and this time the guy I had I told him several time he was hurting me. He continued with the same pressure. He kept telling me to relax but I was hurting so bad I could not relax. My husband had the same guy and once again he beat the sh*t out of him. (***my husband is a big guy, ex football player. 1 star for one massage, also my first at this Happy Feet. It was a great massage. Half hour foot and half hour back massage for $40. Who can beat that? What ruined it was that at the end, she added in some stretching. She pulled my arms up and raised my chest exposing my breasts. I was in a group massage room. Wtf? I had to say STOP twice and I don't think she really understood the urgency. When I paid I was so mortified I didn't say anything. I only left quickly. My girlfriend and I got our 1 hour massage from Ken and Steven. Very good and strong hands highly recommend. Heres my experience: fast n friendly. However my massuer gave me a very deep tissue massage at sometimes i had to fight pain i was feeling bc of the pressure i felt. Wife had half back and half foot massage and was charged 50 dollars based on the combined half hour rate of back and foot separately. I wandered onto Happy Feet by simple happenstance and put it on the back burner as something to try someday. This past week an old injury starting bothering me and I decided to give it a go. So glad I did! The location is convenient with lovely rooms, the service was professional and personable. I did miss not having meditation music, but that may just be me. Lol. The prices are amazing, and I was surprised by the service it got me. I did the one hour feet for 30 bucks, but that label is a misnomer because it was an all around treatment. I loved it so much, the first thing I did upon finishing was call my daughter and get her over there for an early Christmas present. She loved it as well. Easily five stars! read more

I really wanted to like this place. It might work for someone who just had low back or foot pain. Then again, I have a headache because the guy was repeatedly slamming my head against the table when he was doing long strokes against my back. He started the stroke with tons of pressure applied all at once then reduced the pressure at the end of the stroke when he was going across my shoulders, the part that really needed it. The top of my shoulders didn't get touched, and neck and upper arms barely got touched. You know, the parts that end up hurting when you use the computer too much? Another thing bothered me. When I called, I asked how much it cost for 60 minutes and they said $30. I was really excited for the great deal, and mentioned it to people I went out to eat with before the massage. However, the price list at the front mentioned 30 minute foot or back (don't remember price), and 60 minute foot or back ($30). There wasn't an option for full body, but the combo of 30 min foot and 30 min back was $40. I asked if they could do back and leg, but no foot. The woman said they could, but it would be $50. She translated it for the guy doing the massage. I was expecting an oriental style massage where you leave your clothes on. Instead, they asked me to take my top off, and the male massuse held up an oversized towel to block me from the room and presumably his head, and turned his head and closed his eyes as well. The female receptionist and a guy getting a massage at another table were also in the room. I've gotten enough massage and medical treatment that I'm not that modest. But I felt a little awkward, so I took my t-shirt off and used it as a shield in front of me while getting down on the table. He spent lots of time on my back, doing a loose combo of swedish massage and oriental massage. This tended to be long strokes along my back, or along the center two pairs of meridians on my back. There is a pair of meridians further out which they didnt touch. Unfortunately for me, the area I really needed work on was on the sides of my body. Even though I had said not to do my feet and pointed to my butt as needing attention, my feet and calves were what got attention. My arms and head got lightly touched. The general massage was too hard. I figured straightening that out was going to be too hard for the language barrier, so just protested when it got really bad. It's hard to say, generally go soft, but go really really soft on low back and feet, but when you are going through the thickest part of my butt and thigh muscles you can go harder. I guess I will have to find another place to find a Tui Na, Shiatsu, or Thai massage in DFW. Too bad I'm in southwest Fort Worth, so the places in HEB or Dallas are further away. read more

People need to know they are coming into an Asian based massage parlor. I think some of the reviews are exaggerated, but most hold truth. I came here with my husband. I probably should have come by myself first. This place is a runner's dream for a foot massage! It was excellent for those always on their feet or if your a runner as I am. I got the foot and "back" massage. You do not come here for a full body massage! Having said that -I received a pretty great foot massage. The back massage though was pretty brutal. My shoulders are still sore. This may align more to a deep tissue massage. I did try to tell him "too painful" but I don't think he understood me. Even though you leave your clothes on (except your shirt) I still got a good stretch massage. Yes, they do ask that you remove your shirt in the middle of the massage and yes you have to remove it while he holds the towel up and if that's too much for you I would not recommend this place to you. My sister and I came here after reading some great Yelp reviews and we got the $45 30 minute foot and 30 minute back massage. The rooms were nice and they soaked our feet. The foot massage part was awesome, so that part was great. But I had a lady do my back massage and she spent the entire time grabbing my butt, and applying way way way too much pressure right to the spine. I actually think she may have hurt my back since it aches at the moment. I've had a lot of massages of all kinds at different place, but never have they asked me to take off my shirt and bra in a non-private room with another person, masseuse, and without proper draping methods. It was after the foot massage when she asked me to take off my top and bra while she was right there, and with an additional male masseuse in the room. Sorry if I'm a prude, but that really upset me. On to the massage, she basically thought that a massage means to apply her entire body weight to the spinal column, repeatedly. She damn near pinched a nerve in the tailbone to the extent that I actually had to ask her to stop and she simply continued after saying ok. Overall, the worst massage I've ever had in my life. Foot part was great. Never get a back massage there. read more

First off I don't have a vast amount of experience with massages. But this place really did a great job. It surpassed all my expectations. It was the best massage I ever had and left feeling totally relaxed. The only thing that was a little different was not as much privacy as I might have liked. Multiple massage tables in the same room. But for me it really didn't bother me as much as I thought it would still very relaxing. I made a last minute appointment and walk ins are welcomed. This foot/body massage place is a nice not too large size place with nice ambience. The receptionist owner is very friendly and very informative about massage options. I recommend the 60($45) or 90($45) minute foot and back massage. Coco is the therapist who gave me the massage. She applied just the right amounts of pressure and was very thorough with feet, back, neck, and shoulders. The back massage includes oil on the back and a complete back massage. A great massage every time...the only negative is that the noise is pretty distracting when people are checking in or checking out.

If you like a good massage then you should try this place. The people are nice and the place is clean.
